View of workflows - it's a problem for laptop. Complicated.

Most of the tools are very good, but some I don't find useful.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and trackability. I enjoy the platform.

Social media and ads side. I do not use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would enjoy more customizability on eg landing pages, and more social media channels. I enjoy the simplicity and automatization (Workflows etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
In general, If we say it is not a disadvantage, but if the HS team adds it, that would be great. "Data validation and placeholder text" options in the company, contact, and deal module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I already mentioned that now our business relies on HubSpot. We say goodbye to excel sheets, and now all our data is maintained in HS. Its reporting, marketing forms, and sales targets are excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and use CRM tool which binds our sales and marketing processes together. Best part is that we are now able to identify opportunities and actionable basis different audience segmentation. Support teams have been helpful to resolve most of my queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Faced complex integration issues with third party tools for SMS etc.

Single view of lead contacts to deals to sign-ups

What do you like best about the product?
I could easily do the things that are complex with native tools like google analytics, google ads, GTM. The audience building for the paid campaigns is really cool, and the coolest thing is, it helps us to see the complete journey from Ad click to revenue & ROI.

Not much, but need some enhancement in the report/dashboard creations.

We are hosting all our blog articles there. Also, we are managing our social channels through Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the best Automation tools that I have worked on. It is better than Marketo & have more features than Salesforce Pardot. Finally It's the all-in-one solution for the marketing Automation.

Some template editing features and replied threads cannot be managed in marketing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated most of the marketing things including Newsletters, Social Media etc.
A bit of a learning curve; but great when you get used to it.

The ability to link forms into lists, and subsequently populate into a workflow.
There's also the automated email and sequences that are very useful for automation.

the learning curve. It's can be overwhelming when getting started; but a minor issue if you ask me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time expendeded on manual sending out email or collating forms for analysis; What used to be a 2 hour process is shrinked down to about 15 minutes of active work.
Hubspot Marketing Hub has made life so much easier as a social media coordinator.
What do you like best about the product?
The social scheduling feature and how easy it is to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally glitches when switching between different accounts on the social calendar view - it may show that there are no posts scheduled.I just refresh the page and it is fixed so it really isn't a big deal at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency of scheduling content has improved, this gives me more time to focus on the quality of content and therefore our stats have significantly improved.
