What do you like best about the product?
I can have every aspect of my campaign under control at 360 degrees, creating interactions of the target on different channels. Building a strategy based on each user's behavior is a winner. Finally .. it is the best User Experince offered by tools of this type.
What do you dislike about the product?
the mobile version and the app are useless for marketing

A Marketer's dream!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create multi-channel, trackable campaigns. My two favorite features are being able to access the CMS for a specific webpage from the website itself - makes making edits and amends so much easier - and embedding CTAs for a campaign across multiple assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike about Marketing hub - would be good to be able to integrate some of the marketing and sales tools (in sales hub) for even more joined-up Sales/Marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our new website in Hubspot CMS has given us so much more visibility of what our leads are doing and when. The ability to easily link campaigns up across channels means we can take a much more segmented approach with our leads too.

Quite simple to use set of tools that give advantages both in terms of time and quality of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commercial policy for which you have non-useful tools available while instead an expensive update of the plan is required to have really important functions

Hubspot is the #1 tool for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is my go-to for everything marketing - emails, social, campaign tracking, landing pages - the lot! Love how easy everything is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the social aspect to be a bit more advanced - it would be great to be able to target organic posts through hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It massively helps our content marketing strategy. We are getting more brand recognition and hugely increasing our engagement rate. We're able to report and do better thanks to Hubspot!
HubSpot is super easy and user friendly!

Everything is at your fingertips, if you struggle to find or do something the help center is always there and responds quickly

So far I have had no issues with HubSpot

I use the function of the workflow for all email campaigns, I schedule social posts, as well as collating lists after events of accounts which then feed into email workflows.
Great way to get in contact with all your customers, prospects in one place.

Find it hard that a lot of emails that are automated go into junk

Contacting prospects and logging all meeting history in one place so anyone can take a look

Workflows are awesome. It provides businesses with the tools to create complex automation in such a simple way.

Nothing, the platform is brilliant, I have not encountered anything.

I like that all of my most relevant data points live in the same environment, so Sales and Marketing can work aligned.

Not much to be honest, I think some functionalities could improve (they are already great) , but I know the team is always building up upon the feedback we leave in the community,

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the capabilities of the Workflows feature, as well as the thorough contact segmentation and categorizations. Delivering the right content to the right people is a high priority for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation to the right menu/submenu can be unintuitive, but HubSpot is currently working on that, and I'm sure we'll see improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of several social media platforms, segmentation, categorization and sending of newsletters, as well as creating and managing landing pages.
Extremely versatile CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating fields and classifying contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing options are quite dramatic for smaller organisations.

It helps with the management of our customer relations without using up too much time.
