Amazing Program!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tools and the canvas intergration
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that "Publish now" is not the main time stamp when creating a new post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to log into many accounts to post, I can edit each post individually (unique hashtags on platforms)

The ease of use, its intuitiveness. Anybody can quickly learn how to use the tool

Some limitations with workflow criteria.

Lead nurturing workflows. Automating the process is an excellent gain of time
The best all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
In one platform I have everything I need for my marketing activities. I almost never need to resort to other external tools, for example I can create calendars for managing meetings, reviews for customers and I can automate everything to customize on specific users, customers or behaviors. Furthermore, through the numerous dushboards, it is possible to analyze the accurate measurements of the data and keep everything under control, managing to analyze the metrics linking individual users or segments to the voliri, over time, which I cannot do with classic analytics such as cookies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools have very basic versions, and for design or branding questions, they are forced not to be able to use them. An example is the pop-up forms, although they are very effective, I can do very little on the visual aspects. Another negative aspect is that despite having a very high monthly rate, it has the possibility of being able to manage advertising spending on social media or on Google but enters the limit of a certain monthly expense. Or the possibility of creating only 5 groups that can be used as segments on social networks or on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I can customize the automation on all categories of users or specific behaviors without any limit. In this way I can use the most suitable marketing strategies for each user. I can manage all my advertising campaigns from a single panel and analyze all user conversion paths. In a single platform I can have everything I need for all marketing activities, as opposed to other services that include one, or some features compared to Hubspot

HubSpot is an indispensable tool for my marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the one-stop shop, with many features bundled into one package in HubSpot. Along with that, the well-developed HubSpot Academy made learning the product a cinch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the report builder could be better, but I think it was just a beta, and something new is in the works.

Audience segmentation, tracking contacts from ads, creating automated nurture series, you name it.

I have been using the Hubspot Marketing Hub and Marketing Automation plan for a while now.
I think it is a great tool to save time by automating tasks. What I like most about the tool is that it's understandable by anyone - even non-experts and that before applying changes to your deals, you can do a lot of testing, which helps you in building the flows.
Now I'm going to try the sequences, which I think is a great tool, just like the workflows.

What I don't like, but wish existed is the ability to work with my team at the same time.

The specialized tutorial/blog for even the most little inquiry makes it very simple to work on various functionalities.
There are no unsolicited emails. I only get email notifications for important things like upcoming bill payments, expired social media links, and so forth.
Hubspot provides amazing customer service. The support team will go above and beyond to ensure that all of your questions are answered.

I've rarely come across platforms that are completely dependable. Hubspot, on the other hand, is an exception. I can be confident that my work will be saved because there has never been a case of data loss or a system crash.

I wish I could preserve and copy sections or components of pages I create – or that I could simply save my own page templates – while creating them.
Because of the platform's large range of capabilities, using it necessitates a certain level of expertise. The HubSpot Academy is a terrific resource for learning how to use the platform, but it will take some time and effort to fully utilize its capabilities.

Managing several channels for client engagement can be difficult. Having the entire picture on one platform greatly simplifies the process. In a nutshell, HubSpot enables you to send the correct message to the right consumer at the right time.
Feels like being back at university
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Academy. There is content on almost every subject that I can think of relating to digital marketing - and it's not thin content. Happy with how comprehensive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more support with integration. Sending data to Hubspot is easy, but passing information back to platforms like Google Analytics is less straightforward.

We're struggling with leads. HubSpot's marketing hub is helping us to develop a nurture campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely a straightforward CRM platform to learn and implement. Just make sure you have time to educate yourself as there's a lot the platform can do - you just need time to get the most out of it!
