Easy to use social calendar that provides easy to interpret analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Marketing email and social tools and I find them both easy to learn and use. Hubspot understands the importance of analytics so they are always readily available and easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't tag personal accounts on LinkedIn through the Hubspot social scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule social posts months in advance and it is s easy to enter the content in the calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the analytics they provide and optimize emails and social channels based on your findings.
Great tool every marketer should have!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to create and manage marketing campaigns, and track your ROI. I love that I can manage my social media calendar, create landing pages, and automate email outreach, and all the created pipeline is easily passed along to the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the formatting of the landing pages to be a bit more intuitive and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having fillable forms that create contacts integrated into landing pages. It's also really helpful to be able to automate workflows so that contacts are always followed up with after showing initial interest.
Hubspot makes managing social media and email campaigns so easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to analyze how well my campaign's perform. Hubspot provides graphs to easily compare how social media and emails perform over different quarters, week over week, and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social medias easily disconnect from the platform, and you have to manually reconnect, which can be annoying. It doesn't happen often, but I wish it didn't happen at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several benefits: easily publish social media posts, easily schedule email campaigns, and easily compare performance of said social media & email
Great tool for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my life as a marketer easier. For myself, in particular, I use it mainly for social media. It's nice having one platform that you can not only publish (and schedule) social media posts directly from but gather analytics as well. Whether it's quickly reviewing engagement on posts or website traffic from organic social, it's great having all my needs under one umbrella. It has led to increased efficiency and consistency in my social media efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside I have found is that sometimes the analytics don't match up with that of the direct social media platforms. Also, the platform doesn't allow you to tag specific users on LinkedIn when scheduling (you can only tag companies).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team stay connected and organized. It allows for all of our marketing initiatives to be located in one place, making it very easy to stay in the loop on how all aspects of our marketing strategy are performing.
Great Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social media aspect of scheduling the posts ahead of time. The customer service is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management of scheduling social media posts. It helps to build out the calendar ahead of time.
A good tool that integrates a whole marketing scope
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can easily have all my metrics and actions in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we always say, a tool that gives everything is not an expert in everything. I believe Hubspot still lacks some deeper metrics and integrations to have, for example, a full scope of the funnel stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: HAving to understand and integrate a dozen of different tools

There are certain drawbacks such as the inability to upload videos from a LinkedIn person profile via Hubspot and the inability to post a poll on LinkedIn and Facebook through hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem our team ran into is the inability to look at what marketing activity made Leads convert into MQLS.
Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's marketing hub is very easy to nagivate and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ads section doesn't provide the most unique insights.

Tracking tags have helped us follow leads through our unique cycle.
Customizable experience with all your customers
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a marketing CRM in which you can personalize your journey to obtain and deal with clients. The whole process can be automated and get a significant amount of information to have a personalized experience with your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the best to have the best functions, you need the enterprise editión, and that license its very, very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better interpersonal experience, fast process, no more excels, No information is lost on the customer process.
