Overall positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it creates contacts automatically when leads submit a form on LinkedIn Ads. I like that we can add popup forms and stuff without the need for coding. I love the support team and how quick they are to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there is a lack of customizability when it comes to forms, templates, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us access to everything in one hub. Email tracking and e-blasts is a huge benefit we see when sending out our monthly newsletters.
Great tool for Marketing Initiatives to schedule seemlessly across different platforms
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the Marketing Hub within Hubspot is the ease of scheduling social media posts across different platforms. I can easily create a post that can be adapted to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram without having to sign into each separate application. It's also easier to analyze data to see which posts are getting the most engagement, and which application is having the highest views per post. I can organize posts based on campaigns, dates, months, it makes scheduling social media so much more efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that needs improvement is the Design Tool formats within templates. If I copy and paste something from a different screen (such as a Word Doc, Excel file, or Email, etc) then it will keep the source formatting, and overwrite the format I already had in the email template / design tool. I have found a work around for this is that I just go directly into the source code and enter it within the brackets of the font specifics... but this is challenging for people who find the code intimidating, not to mention pretty inefficient. I hope that this simple improvement can be made soon, it would only require something like a "keep format on template" button similar to how Microsoft Word has it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and collaboration on engaging email campagins, tracking data on open rates to better serve customers, and creating a cohesive social media campaign. We have seen benefits in all these areas by being able to use the Hubspot functions to schedule out emails and social media postings and being able to track their engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used several different marketing automation platforms, and by far I have found Hubspot to be the best one in terms of ease of use, personalization/customization, adapting dashboards to report different data, and simply just the ease of creating content.
Great tool and simple user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is accessible within a single platform, whether it's the CRM, social media management tools, marketing automation, and various integrations. Easy to use for both marketers and sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I understand the importance of privacy and data consent, the constraints for email marketing can be troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized system for all marketing efforts in terms of social, email, campaign outreach etc.
Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule social media posts ahead of time and be able to schedule them on multiple platforms. I appreciate that you can use a post from one platform to form a post for another. I also love being able to monitor and respond to activity through the Monitor tab. I've found Hubspot Academy to be extremely helpful as well. Hubspot makes it easy to deal with nearly all social media avenues in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot were more conducive to scheduling with Instagram. Currently you are only able to schedule and Instagram post with one picture when the platform does allow for multiple photos. It would also be helpful to be able to schedule Instagram Stories, or Reels. When posting through the Instagram app you can see suggested hashtags as well as how many uses that hashtag has gotten, which can be extremely helpful when scheduling a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have recently taken over manging social media for my company and I find it very useful to be able to choose from campaigns and blog posts already embedded in Hubspot. It makes finding content to post a lot easier.
A Game Changer!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough good things about the Marketing Hub on Hubspot! It has helped my team and I stay so oraganzied and track all organic and paid AD's. It has also made life so much easier by scheduling a social media post for future events. Sending emails to our database in Hubspot has been very convenient and has great analytics to show you who has been opening your email and what specific thing in your email caught their attention. If you are on the fence about getting Marketing Hub, here is your sign to do it! You will not regret it!

There is not anything I dislike since using Marketing Hub!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier to handle all marketing aspects and keep all your social in one place instead of using different advertising companies.
Seamless, robust marketing tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Calendar view for scheduled social posts, easy email templates for marketing emails, integrations/automations and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with HubSpot marketing. Facebook business manager and those changes do occasionally negatively impact our programs and ad strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve for addressing multiple audiences through multiple brands/programs that we manage.
Using HubSpot for Inbound and Outbound
What do you like best about the product?
After using the workflow tool, we had an increase in the opportunity conversation rate. The pre-sales team doesn't need to spend time thinking about operational activities because it`s possible to create different tasks defined based on the result of a task or property. Nowadays, we map all types of leads and follow a specific flow, and because of that, we can understand how many contacts each source of leads needs or whats is the best speech.
What do you dislike about the product?
It`s not so simple to use the tool for the Outbound operation. In Brazil, our sales methodology is very different from what HubSpot makes possible. We need to use more than one "oportunity" at the same workflow and this it's not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire sales operation stays in one place. It`s possible to measure the efficiency of the team and listen to their calls.
HubSpot is super nice to use and was a quick learning experience.

I love that you can see all of your social media insights in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't schedule Facebook and Instagram story.

I love the scheduling for social media the most as far as benefits go. I also love that there is a learning hub within.
All in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I've liked the most is the easy-to-understand interface, design tools, and analytic tools. It allows you can create a whole campaign and get live data to keep track of the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints so far. It has been easy to use, and the tools are very adaptable to every business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the reporting tools, we have been able to have more visibility of how our marketing efforts are performing, and since it's an all in one platform, we can react faster

Use Hubspot academy; it can help with a lot of queries and make you a master of the platform
HubSpot is the gold standard for MAPs
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to navigate, the customer support team is amazing. The training and knowledge base makes troubleshooting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. We will be using a new tool in HubSpot in the near future, but the expectation is it will solve our challenge.
