What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track everything! From clicks to conversions, I can see how my social campaigns are working and how many pages of our website have been consumed by our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS has issues with the website's mobile respobnsiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Canvas is super useful. I don't personally use Canvas, but I know that it is used among social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
ADD MORE IN-DEPTH ANALYTICS. PLEASE. ADD MORE IN-DEPTH ANAYLTICS

Easy to Use and Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
I work at an agency and use Marketing Hub with several of my clients. I find it intuitive and easy to use, and when I can't figure something out, I know I can count on their support to give me a hand. I extensively use HubSpot for marketing emails, social posting, CTAs, landing pages, forms, and marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn does have extensive knowledge articles and training videos—but sometimes I'd like the training to be more technical and less marketing theory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to keep my clients connected to their customers and to measure the success of their messaging and communication. Through HubSpot, I've been able to set up marketing automations that give a better, more timely customer experience and help my clients win more business. I am also able to better measure campaigns with lots of moving parts.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything is in one place. You can easily schedule, review, edit, and view analytics for a variety of mediums like social, email, and your website.
The ecosystem works very well together when you use it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics aren't as deep as they could be but when paired with Google Analytics data they get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place where all members of the team could work in sync and this allows all the independent marketing silos to collaborate seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can segment our marketing efforts by recipient properties. I also like that we can use workflows and the list creation tool to control the flow and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I cannot say that I have a dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, and there is tons of support (through an extensive library of tutorials, the user community, and actual support staff).
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the user suggestions result in new features or functionality being added, but others are seemingly ignored when they could be easily added and requested as very much wanted or nedeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A true marketing and CMS hub, where we can manage and track all of our customer and audience touchpoints.

Analytics are too simple, don't account for error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics are a very bare-bones structure and the actual data analysis has to be exported to other programs/systems to get helpful data. With the integrations of HubSpot, our team has been able to centralize and automate a fair amount of work in an easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps with tracking across all platforms - put everything in one spot, and automates to Salesforce. I like the reporting aspect and having everything I need in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social calendar needs more tools/functions. It would be extremely helpful to have a tool that let us schedule to certain regions only (without posting to ALL of our followers). Having a way to get a generated schedule based on how often we want certain posts to be posted on a monthly basis would be outstanding also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking across multiple platforms and seeing sessions, conversions, and scoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure code and pixels are set up correctly for best use!
