Great tool ! All the features you would need in a marketing hub.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use! You can learn while using it & their support are super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The set templates for EDMs & landing pages can sometimes be clunky to use & over-write the front-end edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to capture leads
You can create things relatively quickly, emails, landing pages, banners, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
It is creating and working with the templates.

As a designer, I often feel limited in my design abilities.

Understanding the metrics on landing pages and emails, I generate there.

I really like to be able to schedule post on this platform and being able to review all all ads together.

I quite like Hubspot. I don't think there is a part that i don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user-friendly. When I don't know how to do something I can easily find answers to my questions on Hubspot's Knowledgebase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as sophisticated as other marketing automation tools. But works well for the stage we are currently at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot for automation, landing pages, list uploads, email blasts.
Good experience but not the greatest tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to schedule multiple social posts at a time and see what your posts will look like ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics tools aren't accurate enough for my needs, Can only add up to 4 photos per post on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn (1 photo for Instagram), Videos and pictures have to be a lower resolution, Limited on tagging capabilities

Contacts can engage with us more frequently on emails, social posts, sales calls, and public meetings.
HubSpot is a Marketing no-brainer
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an incredible tool for integrating everything you do as a Marketer. From social media to email, and website to analytics, you can do it all in HubSpot AND track your success better than any other tool. Using other platforms, I always had to use Google Analytics or a different integration to understand how my Marketing efforts were performing. With HubSpot, all of your data is naturally accumulated and stored in easy-to-use dashboards. I would never turn back from using HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything can use improvement, but I truly can't think of a downside. HubSpot integrates well with every other platform I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to track our download success, website traffic, contact behavior, and integrate all of our Salesforce data. The data you can get from using HubSpot versus multiple platforms that don't integrate or take effort to combine is unparallel.
Efficient ad management
What do you like best about the product?
CRM connection and tracking results and performance, easy ad creation

Not seeing the same results in facebook ads manager

converting leads into members, generating new leads
It's great for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I think it does a lot and you can optimize and set it up the best way that works for you. I have used it with a ton of companies and have always had. a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HS is trying to do so much that sometimes some features are not fully capable of doing what a normal CRM should be doing. Another issue is the fact that sales and marketing systems do not connect with each other, so you cannot share information between accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a source of truth in regards to our leads and what becomes a customer. It's very useful to see what each lead has interacted with on our website or the messages that they have received.
Helpful but not the most usefull tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful asset that Hubspot has is that in there we can access data easily, there's not much complication in there. The fact that we can differentiate paid social and organic social is a great asset for us because two different teams handle their numbers and optimize differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Social Media Manager, HubSpot is not the most recommended tool for this. I have tackled loads of complications that have made my job much more difficult than easygoing. For example:
- I can't schedule carousels on IG.
-Can't schedule IGTV'S.
- Can't schedule stories.
-Can't segment Linkedin audience.
-Can't schedule slides on Linkedin
- The data from a post from a previous month, is not going to be recognized in the new month.
-Not many insights or recommendations from the platform.
-Data is pretty basic and not downloadable.
-Difficult to cross data.
- I can't schedule carousels on IG.

They have helped me access basic data in a simple way + kind of scheduling.

Super user-friendly, a lot of features, and support team always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server/system gets down and delays on listing creations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to talk to our customers in a personalized way, creating lists using marketing filters/ properties, so our email marketing and SMS communication improved a lot.
