Great way to manage lots of moving pieces across multiple team members
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly piece of software. I think navigating all the elements is intuitive, and there are many self-help resources available for newer users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many other marketing automation tools, HubSpot has a little too much available. It's better to have targeted, straightforward functionality instead of too many features and gadgets that distract from overall useability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to help us create a single source of truth for all the many facets of my company's marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and Reporting of all metrics, no special coding required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how the outlook extension collects information on all my emails. It does not allow to say this email should not be tracked or turned into a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current website does not easily create landing pages. With HubSpot, we can quickly create landing pages, and the data collected is automatically combined with the website KPI metrics we track.
Overall HubSpot Is A Good One-Stop Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a one-stop-shop for the marketing activities that I am responsible for. Email, social, advertising, and basic analytics are all easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using so many individual platforms, I think the features are a bit minimal for example being able to plan your grid, hashtag research, and even tagging are both a bit easier on platforms like Planoly or Plann but since they only do social they are able to be more robust in these features while I feel like HubSpot is focused on more elements that connect to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting insights from all marketing channels.
Find your SEM conversion in a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
With SEM campaigns, it is hard to figure out where the conversation went and if you do not have a ton of IT experience, you will be lost. Connecting those SEM platforms to a robust CRM like HubSpot makes it easy. The Marketing tools in Hubspot are very intuitive, and setting up Landing pages with embedded forms is a breeze. I like the Marketing Ads dashboard because I can see most of my SEM Campaigns live with tools like seeing new contact or influenced contacts. I wish I was able to tie my Microsoft Ads account. For now, having google, Facebook, and Linkedin works!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish It had Microsoft ads. I spend over 3k a month on those ads and would love to see them on my dashboard in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having most of my Ad info in one place, I can quickly create a new ad from Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out; it is worth the time to learn it. Your ROI through the Marketing Hub is just around the corner.

I love the scheduling of all social posts the best and the layout is very similar to how we use FB and LI
What do you dislike about the product?
Time zones can be confusing. ANd you can't tag anyone in the posts. which is a HUGE bummer. social posts need to have people and other things tagged. it isn't a full solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team and are able to post and do other work at the same time with hubspot automation abilites.
Great tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I can put a lot of marketing tasks on autopilot with the Workflows tool in Marketing Hub. The native integration with HubSpot CRM is great, I can have a 360 view of contacts & companies throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tools are still not as user friendly as the rest of the platform. Certain features and add-ons are limited to Marketing Hub Enterprise and not all of those make sense (e.g. managing multiple brands/domains should be an option with lower tiers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub makes lead generation and nurturing a lot easier with a lot of different tools interconnected.

We cannot print our deals/contact information straight from Hubspot

Creating highly flexible applications forms and we realised how we can made advanced forms using the design tools and custom codes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing hub is an all-in-one marketing platform. It comprises numerous features that help me integrate and align all my inbound marketing efforts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
A huge difference between the limitations based per subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. The platform increases productivity on my end and I deliver projects on time.

Hubspot is intuitive and much more user-friendly than its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export HTML emails is a core function I'd like to see added, as well as more robust integrations with Salesforce.

Outbound initiatives (email, ads) as well as list creation, automation via workflows
A marketer´s dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can seamlessly go through all marketing content, creating audiences and specific assets for campaigns, so the message gets super targeted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes influented contacts don´t work well on the campaign view. I would like to see more attribution metrics in there. Also it doesnt integrate with Twitter or Reddit.

All our marketing strategy is solved there.
