What do you like best about the product?
Ease of early adoption and easy to use with little to no training
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to figure out the best way to scale up. When looking at needing additional features like surveys or NPS automation, there is a gap in straightforward process adoption and very little information what those look like before committing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total client visibility and relationship management is easy in Hubspot. We have a single source of truth for all customer engagements. scoring engagement across email, social media and web traffic
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is way more intuitive than other cross-functional CRM/ marketing tools. Trialing is easier than others we have tried. I recommend for any business needing to start out and scale as needed.
Great for Marketing tasks, campaigns and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create workflows to reduce the high volume of low-value administrative tasks within Marketing and Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create looping/repeating workflows is a huge roadblock for us automating even more tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business efficiencies and streamlined customer journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and makes it easy to follow up with projects and keeps tracks of all the emails you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont believe this is a Hubspot limitation but sometimes because a certain company is within a different group it is not possible to view the contact. I believe that was an issue with my company settings not hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things organized and being able to view all projects within a team. Being able to easy review past interactions for a client that may have been dealing with a previous rep.

1) Customizing the attributes takes a long time, and I wish, as per the industry, they should suggest attributes.

A good tool to automate your marketing needs. However, it would help if you had some expertise when you use the tool.
Better alternative to Marketo - from Marketo Certified user
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Everything is laid out very nicely, and most features have a walkthrough and self-service guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could organize landing pages into folders, and that marking emails as "operational" wasn't an added feature. Also wish Hubspot was able to integrate better with webinar platforms and have the status' auto-update like it can in Marketo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the topics clusters tool. We have fully built this out in our instance and It really helped with how we better organized and structured our content and overarching themes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer support with Hubspot could run circles around any support Marketo users would get. And I know from experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It is currently considered the best system for managing automation and marketing actions on the market. It has specialized and quality support, provides courses and an academy that is super interactive and with an excellent quality.
Its automation are organized and have a clean and intuitive layout for creating LPs and Forms, not to mention the ease of altering by source code.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any problems or difficulties when using the system, however its value is considerably high and unfeasible for small and medium companies. Your discounts are a big incentive, but they get cut too quickly.

It made it possible to create marketing automation, Lps and forms to capture leads.

A tool that puts everything out front. Manage your contacts and your work easily.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a great tool for contact management and organization. A great tool for tracking sales cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not much to dislike. The interface takes a bit to getting used to, but beyond that, it works quite well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track the sales process and contact outreach. Allows for more accurate forecasting and cadence tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to review all emails sent to and from the client. The fact that team members can assign tasks, write notes, and share templates are phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email bounce system to too sensitive, and I had members who did not know our emails were pushed into their spam file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling tasks to the team member best suited for the job has been outstanding. Some team members are better at phone calls, and other shine in their emails. We direct our follow-ups based on the client's contact preference and location.
HubSpot does everything I need it to.
What do you like best about the product?
In a fast-paced, small start-up, HubSpot can deliver all the functionality needed for a fully-fledged marketing team but with accessible touchpoints for a small group that does not have the time or resources for a complicated setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think every piece of software has some form of limitations, and with HubSpot, I believe it is with the UX of the design templates for landing pages and emails. These need traditional designers when I have worked with other platforms that offer more straightforward drag and drop templates that are easy to add branding too.

With HubSpot, we needed an all-in-one piece of software that integrates seamlessly with our Sales CRM, customer success CRM, reporting, and analytics software.
