Backbone of our Entire Funnel Marketing Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated funnel experience: Our website is hosted through HubSpot, allowing us to track a contact from the top of our funnel, all the way to the moment they fill out a form and end up on our sales team's dashboards and task lists. We're assigning lead score points all the way along that journey as well, allowing our sales team to prioritize the hottest leads based on the custom parameters we've set based on activity on the website, blog posts read, Persona & Job Titles, and videos watched.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media integration - specifically scheduling posts - has the potential to be great, but isn't quite there. There are some limitations to the type of content you can schedule depending on what platform you're looking to post to, but HubSpot has a good history of always improving these types of features. I wouldn't be surprised if 6 months from now, this "critique" is no longer relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The line where Sales and Marketing meet has been, in the past, a tumultuous at best and contentious at worst experience. Since we use HubSpot's Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, our Marketing managers and Sales managers can rest easy knowing each team is working off of the same data to pull reports, run re-engagement campaigns, and initiate sales enablement campaigns to put the most qualified leads in front of our sales team at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check HubSpot's app marketplace to see if the other software tools you use on a regular basis have a built-in integration with HubSpot. The more data you can pull in HubSpot to make it your central repository of information, the better your data will be.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's centralized array of marketing automation tools make my job easy and make me look good! It's invaluable to have email marketing, CRM, landing pages, analytics and reporting all under one roof so that I'm easily able to show decision-makers the big picture when it comes to our marketing ecosystem and the success of our campaigns and initiatives. Their customer service and documentation is top notch, so that I can almost always find the answers I'm looking for, or get a response from a helpful customer support representative in a reasonable amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few features I'd like to see added to the standard Marketing platform that we currently have to utilize other platforms as a stop gap, but I have confidence that HubSpot continues to diversify and innovate in their products and I have seen added features become available in my 5 years of utilizing their software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact and database management, email marketing, website and marketing campaign analytics, social media marketing and schedule management, blog and landing page development. Having all these features in one ecosystem allows our marketing team to easily report on campaign success in metrics that matter to our executive and leadership teams.
A very good marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can manage my contacts, emails and track their actions on my website; it helps me to get in touch with them. Very good also to create different components, templates, and landing pages. The documentation and support are really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
At a technical level, when you are building some pages, the changes that you made inside the page take a long time to be refreshed, which probably depends as well on the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing my contacts, seeing the actions my contacts are doing with my portal website, and creating a lot of components and landing pages to do the marketing. Business is getting well.

You can easily associate your efforts to tangible results and during the process, you can automate in a very creative and intelligent way, your marketing assets
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a limitation, and I understand is part of the business model, but I would say the limits between types of licenses and specially contact management, it can be a challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization , accurate and reliable analysis that helps me optimize contents. HubSpot makes me get to know my audience in a reliable trust worthy way through its tools and resources

If they need any kind of support, HubSpot knowledge base is super helpful

There are certain features that are hard to understand how to use, such as creating landing pages from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time and have better data so that I can make better marketing decisions.
Great for collecting Contact Info, hard to scale
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for holding customer information. Could build lists effectively within the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to scale over time as list folder management is not where it needed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly updating customer information and collecting their interests. Tried building lists over time which allowed us to send communications to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes everything marketing EASY! It's a great tool to host your website, create landing pages, forms, lists, and even manage your social media and ads from Facebook and Google. The list goes on! It's truly a five-star marketing tool. Easy to learn. Great Customer Service. They never leave you hanging! You truly get what you pay for when you purchase Hubspot.

Hubspot is great for your business marketing. There is honestly nothing to dislike about this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B Landing pages for advertising make it easy to see what works and what does not work. Hubspot creates reports for you that show which landing pages are getting the most traction, etc. The best part is - it's all in one spot!

What do you like best about the product?
Task management is key for my job. Having the ability to create and get notifications keep my day from snowballing. The integration with gmail and tracking activities seamlessly has been a huge thing for my team as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a feature that disallowed duplicate companies from being made as it has cause some minor, but cumbersome hiccups in my outreach to prospects. Aside from that, it's been a great CRM!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see and determine which prospects are opening emails more helps me fine tune which contacts are the most appropriate going forward. I know who to reach out to as well as who wouldn't need further outreach!

Easy to use and natively connected with Sales and Service Hub, which helps a lot the interaction between areas and departments

Our marketing team is able to quickly turn on/off market campaigns and the forms are valuable to get prospects
There is no smarter CRM out there.

The thing I like the most about HubSpot is the constant updates and new features they provide on a monthly basis.
Most CRMs are very static and HubSpot truly is on a different level.

I think HubSpot is not prioritizing specific product requests from users. Some of them are extremely helpful and are not being taken into consideration at all.
It should be a little cheaper for Higher Education Non-Profit entities like ours.
