Comprehensive tool for SaaS marketer
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use campaigns to link multiple assets and track overall impact
What do you dislike about the product?
making edits to contacts - e.g. I cannot just search contacts to change them between marketing/non-marketing. I need a list or segment and them to select them from there. Feels like a lot of unnecessary steps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides templates and repeatable assets that can be used for 1:many commnications
Good Interconnectivity, but Needs More Value
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's ability to track on-site visitor movements and create personalized campaigns. The interconnected customer data across the ecosystem is a significant benefit, helping us understand our marketing audience better and enhancing targeted promotions and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub to be quite difficult and problematic. The transition from a shared server to a dedicated server involved numerous technical bugs, requiring significant troubleshooting with HubSpot's team. Additionally, the functionality of various tools within HubSpot is somewhat clunky and lacks superiority over competitors' features. For instance, the execution of HubSpot's social media and email tools needs improvement. The platform's tracking link builder also lacks flexibility, as it only allows for the use of overall campaign names rather than accommodating different UTM structures. Overall, HubSpot feels challenging to justify in many scenarios, and I find that its primary benefit is its interconnectivity of customer data across environments, rather than distinct feature advantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I effectively run targeted promotions and campaigns, integrating our reader base with HubSpot's tracking for personalized campaigns and understanding audience needs.
HubSpot Makes Marketing Smarter and Easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how straightforward it is to work with as a developer. Building and customizing landing pages, forms, and workflows feels very intuitive. I don’t have to jump through hoops to make updates. I really appreciate how well everything integrates, especially with the CRM, because it makes my work more impactful. I can set things up quickly, see the results in real time, and know that the marketing team is actually getting value out of what I build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced customizations can be a bit tricky at first. Certain modules or templates don’t always offer the flexibility I’d like without digging into custom code. That said, once you get familiar with the platform, it’s manageable, and HubSpot’s support and documentation make it much easier to solve these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing complex marketing workflows in one platform. As a web developer, it lets me build landing pages, forms, and automated workflows without needing to piece together multiple tools. This has significantly cut down development time and reduced errors.
Seamless Integration with Impressive Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub tremendously beneficial for raising product awareness and engaging prospects through its marketing emails and campaigns. I appreciate how the system integrates seamlessly with HubSpot's other products, providing a unified platform where I can track ROI, lifecycle stages, and deal stages efficiently. I also love the clean interface and the ease of use it brings, making it an attractive choice for our marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub a little pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to solve awareness issues, educate prospects on our offerings, and integrate seamlessly with other systems to track ROI and manage lifecycle stages efficiently.
Work in Progress
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is constantly making updates to keep up with emerging technologies. There are great analytics from each type of content. There are also so many resources and videos to learn the product thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub at times feels unfinished or like a constant work in progress. We struggle to use all assets in tandem and with clear connections. They are making updates to the campaign function to help this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps us communicate with our database effectively and see the marketing impact in their journeys.
Good capabilities while scaling
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the Marketing Hub is that it tends to be a one stop shop - for scheduling emails, integrated with CRM (obviously), editing content
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest dislike is that we continue to increase our marketing contact tiers though I feel like some we should be able to clear out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem is being able to outreach our clients and prospective clients at scale!
I've found the marketing hub very useful, especially for social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the marketing Hub has been the ability to integrate all of our company;s social media accounts. It's been really time-saving to be able to post to our different social media accounts (Instagram, facebook and Twitter) all in one go. This has maximised my efficiency when it comes to social media content, and given me back time to focus on other aspects of the business. It's also great for pre-loading drafts and scheduling posts, which has again allowed me to maximise my efficiency on a task that was previously very time-consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I have noticed is the inability to tag people when preparing social media posts through the socials tab - this has meant that I have to go to the post n the relevant platform once it has been published if I do need to tag anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media was previously a really time-consuming task for me - particularly because our company has multiple different social media accounts on each platform. The Marketing Hub has allowed me to do all of my social media posts in one place which has maximised my efficiency and given me more time to focus on my other administrative tasks.
Not as intuitive as other competitors
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful having everything in one place rather than using multiple apps together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not as intuitive as I was hoping. Compared to some competitors the interface felt kinda clunky and took me longer to feel comfortable with. Stuff isn't always where you expect it to be and so it took me a while to get used to it. Also pricing gets really steep fast, a lot of the advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that Hubspot is helping me with is that I spend less time jumping between multiple tools. It was super time consuming having to use a separate CRM, separate email tool, a different landing page too, etc. It made tracking ROI impossible. That's why I like Hubspot, is because there's everything I need to manage the whole funnel.
Competitive Cost with Robust Marketing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly easy to set up and user-friendly, which is perfect for our startup. The intuitive interface and well-placed tools make navigation effortless. The platform significantly aids in email marketing by expanding our customer base and boosting revenue. Also, managing ads is simplified with everything accessible on a single page. The cost of the HubSpot tool is competitive, offering features that are very useful, making it a strong candidate for repurchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to manage social media within our existing account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub boosts our customer base and revenue through easy-to-use email marketing and ad management, with all metrics accessible at a single click.
A complete solution for marketing and CRM alignment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamlessly it connects with HubSpot CRM. Having marketing and sales data in one place makes reporting and campaign optimization much easier. The automation workflows are intuitive, and email personalization at scale has been a game-changer for lead nurturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s powerful, but the pricing can be steep as you scale. Some advanced features also have a learning curve, especially for smaller teams without prior CRM experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our issue of scattered customer data and disconnected tools. Now, our marketing campaigns are more targeted, ROI tracking is clearer, and sales-marketing alignment has improved significantly. It saves time and makes strategy execution more predictable.
