One-stop shop for marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
I get all data in a single place, All marketing data, from lead to conversion, is easily tracked. It removes the need for google analytics and also provides more analytics data. Hubspot has a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of features but has a lot of limitations in customizations of the same when compared to individual software offering the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a problem with out marketing efforts but hubspot is bringing data to a whole new level. Giving us in-depth data of interaction with customers and also automating particular processes. Enabling us to close more deals
A welcome addition for any marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub allows you to easily create high quality marketing materials with little previous experience. Its large suite of tools make it easy to create forms, marketing emails, and even landing pages with no coding required. All of these tools have a high level of custimization, allowing you to craft a unique image for your business, rather than having your marketing collateral feel like general templates. Overall Hubspot marketing hub is a welcome addition for any marketer's toolbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve with some of the hubspot tools can be kind of high. Some function/tools can be kind of hidden and require some digging to figure out (margins in email, etc.) This is not too large of a problem as hubspot provides many resources to help you get more familiar and comfortable with their offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing allows me to engage my audience with high quality marketing materials. Hubspot also provides a centralized hub for me to manage and develop these campagins. The marketing hub also integrates well with the sales hub for a more complete experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not fond of paying extra for additional contacts on top of the subscription package. If the auxiliary contacts are included inside the subscription package, that would be fair for the clients, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Hub Spot for several functions, such as Ad management, VOIP calling, Ad Targeting, Data Synchronization, List segmentation, Meeting scheduling, Ad retargeting, follow-up email forms, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The extensive features and services included in HubSpot Marketing Hub can make any marketer’s job way more efficient. So, it is definitely recommended to relevant professionals.
Simple to use, in-depth software that makes a marketers life easy!
What do you like best about the product?
How everything is laid out in the dashboards and you can see everything you need to at a glance. Very effective email health tools and social media analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
List automation and use of workflows. Different users can enter the CMS via forms or resource downloads and sometimes it is hard to correctly map workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have brought all of our previous marketing software into one easy to viewplace. I.e email automation and social media management. This gives us a complete 360degree view of our marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth looking at and actually comes in cheaper than some competitors, surprising considering how powerful it is!
Hubspot leads the game
What do you like best about the product?
The features are all state-of-the-art. it performs as advertised and even more. It is a deep complex maze of resolution. Easier methods are readily available. However, if you dig deeper you can get more out of it
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know. If I try to check deeper things that I find as limitations it appears there is always a way to go around it. Maybe the price, its not cheap, but I would say its worth it as long as you know what your doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot, marketing and sales automation. automated email replies and customer nurturing. I can pretty much do everything that is business-related here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a money-generating machine but it costs a lot. Every penny you invest here is worth it as long as you know what you are doing. Go to HubSpot academy first and learn the product then buy it. You can also hire an expert to handle the system for you

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create campaigns and tie back their performance to sales dollars has been extremely helpful in justifying marketing spend. Great email templates and tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some initial training and work to understand how the Marketing Hub works and what all it can offer but HubSpot offers a lot of resources to make this process easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to utilize account-based marketing techniques and have advanced reporting that is more accurate and detailed than we have ever been able to have previously. We are also able to more easily segment and target our customers based on certain metrics and behaviors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those considering the Marketing Hub I would recommend they also utilize the Sales Hub as the work best in tandem.

HubSpot An all-in-one inbound marketing platform that gives businesses the tools they need to grow their client base and sales, HubSpot focuses not just on providing you with the tools you need for effective marketing but also on providing you with an excellent education. On the HubSpot website, there are a plethora of free materials aimed at helping you become a better marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to access all of the capabilities you need to simplify marketing, it's a costly tool. This implies that unless you're OK with the minimal features of the "free" or "beginning" service tiers, this solution might not be ideal for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us all-in-one inbound marketing solutions to gain valuable insights into each level of the marketing funnel. Closed loop reporting makes calculating of your inbound strategy a breeze. CRM software that is available for free.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and has a ton of extra services to use for new marketers and seasoned marketers.

It can get expensive quickly and unless you are on the higher priced platforms you don't have a ton of flexibility.

Lead management and customer journey tracking to help close sales. The benefits are that we see where our customers are at in their journey more concretely.

We have been using HubSpot for almost a year. Until now, we haven't had a dislike. The only part is that Pricing is a significant concern for us as if we need to use certain features (Specifically to use custom coding in forms), it asks for an upgrade. At certain times they have "add ons," which helps but not at all times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data insights were a big issue for us with multiple CRM, Sales, and Marketing tools. After moving to HubSpot, we had all in one place, which saved our time and helped us filter our contacts to deliver personalized marketing campaigns. Also, Ads allows us to run campaigns in Google & Facebook and measure the campaign success easily.
