Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a brilliant workflow. It's a powerful tool with great functionality. Of all the tools I have used, Hubspot has been the best one yet; it's easy to use and intuitive, and this makes it a winner for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending out emails, the time format can be annoying and takes some getting used to. If you want to schedule an email, it comes up as GMT+ X time.
In general the UX could see some improvement but this is something that would deter me from using this tool!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, newsletters, onboarding email flows and managing social media.
We do a lot of A/B testing with our email marketing and onboarding flow that Hubspot helps us understand what content our users respond better to.

Got many clients by using Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Because By using Hubspot CRM, I can send emails or can run ads on the Online platform. Last year I got many clients by using an Email campaign on Marketing Hub. And It's free. So there I've no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see any option to send messages to my client or lead Cell Phone. if there will have an option or can integration to sending messages to cell phone, It'll be very good for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally I'm Using a Marketing hub to run an email campaign. There are many email campaign software but Hubspot makes it easier. Because There it's integrated with CRM and I got all in one service.

What do you like best about the product?
all you need to have a fully functioning marketing team, like emails, workflows, forms, CTAs, landing pages, blog, live chat, ads. It's great that you don't need to use multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
the SEO side is not as strong, hence the need to use external tools like semrush to plug the gaps. The social calendar is sometimes a big buggy. Analytics also not so strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a lean or a full fledged marketing team, it's great either way, saves time running around between different tools. As we use the full suite (CRM, CMS) it just makes sense for all data to link tgether
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is itself is user friendly, but sometimes the customer success team is quite slow in responding to you or even not too enthused about winning your business. But if you want to get up and running professionally, this is the tool to consider. Social, content, lead gend/demand gen all in one go. Customer support has been quite good, you can contact them via live chator email (which takes about a day to respond or faster).

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and emails are easy to create within HubSpot. They have many different elements to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes when uploading a list there can be issues. The mapping might be off a bit at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of not having an email automation platform. We're now able to better communicate with our audience on a larger scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very user friendly and cost-effective!
Half-Baked Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is relatively easy to use. Hubspot also comes out with great marketing content and resources (i.e. templates, guides, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
New product innovations are half-baked, a lot of capabilities do not perform like you would expect. Unable to report chatbot performance, A/B test/randomize email recipients, and I had a workflow deploy an email on Black Friday even though the workflow was only set to deploy emails between Mon-Fri. Negative customer experience resulted, and every time I reach out to Huspot Support, they typically tell me to add the idea to their Ideas Forum rather than providing actual help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cheapest option for a small and growing business, but does not cover our long-term marketing needs in the long term. Will be moving to Pardot soon.
A great marketing hub with a lot of potential
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the crm is a completely free tool. It allows you to take the try before you buy type of approach. All the additional tools truly integrate with the CRM very well and Hubspot has a very easy to navigate system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that instead of paying for all your contacts in the CRM you pay for the "Marketing Contacts." It makes billing confusing. Also, If you accidentally go past your allotted marketing contacts, it automatically pushes you to the next tier, and you can't go back down to the originally contracted tier without a lot of hassle. I wish the reporting was better. It is a little difficult to understand how to build out custom reports. I also do not like the ticketing system based on the services hub. It is clunky and it is hard to communicate to people who submit tickets through the hub and easily see the conversation thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love using the webforms to stick on our websites. This allows us to capture leads easily and understand lead arbitration and quantity. This helps us to know where our marketing is working and where we need to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great CRM and Marketing tool. It is a little harder to use than other platforms that are out there but it has a lot of capabilities that can do some pretty advanced stuff. This is a little higher priced option but would be a great tool for a larger organization. It does have a great CRM though that integrates well with other platforms and it is free to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is probably the easiest marketing automation system to use UI-wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hubspot has stepped up its game in recent years it still doesn't have all the features of similar solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for marketing automation, email marekting, and as CRM and CMS. Having everything integrated into one database has made data management a lot easier.

Among the best & most capable marketing automation systems
What do you like best about the product?
Everything, or nearly everything , is in one intuitive, easy-to-navigate and pleasing to look at place. I was so tired of having to jump between 10+ different apps and programs and 15+ tabs in my browser! Although all of the HubSpot solutions are a definite financial investment, the marketing (and sales hub which we've used as well) are definitely worth it because they provide more in terms of: automation, project and task management, customer service and CRM than ANY other one program I've ever come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. It's high. In order to really get the most out of the marketing hub from Hubspot you really need the higher level investment levels and being completely honest that gave me and my team some heartburn. So it's a concern and a consideration for your business and/or marketing team. I will say: we more than made back our money answer ultimately very satisfied with paying for Hubspot Marketing and Salee Hubs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mentioned l some of this earlier, we were looking at cutting the cost, eliminating the time and hassle, streamlining our sales and marketing pipeline and increasing team productivity. Of these 4 goals using Hubspot Marketing Hub has helped us make great progress on each one of them. That's petty huge. I didn't even realize that myself until now.
