Powerful Automation Tool with Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule things in advance and view my analytics all in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that RTs can't always be scheduled in the platform, that Twitter analytics aren't fully available in the platform, and that items can only be deleted from list view because I mainly use calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I saved SO MUCH TIME once I realized that I can schedule a RT with original copy in the app by linking the original tweet at the end. Becuase our Twitter strategy is mainly RTs with original copy, when we first adopted HubSpot, I was mainly using it as a place to store draft copy, but I was still manually copying and pasting and publishing directly on Twitter. Being able to monitor traffic from our published links is also great in that it gives us an idea as to where our traffic is or isn't coming from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is likely a perfect fit for anyone doing traditional marketing but if there are any deviations from the standard in your practice that may cause roadblocks that require annoying workarounds.
Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to handle all of the core requirements for managing the day-to-day needs for communicating with existing or potential customers, building out automated workflows and capturing lead information. Social media scheduling works well and rarely has any issues. There's a decent library of templates to leverage for email, landing pages and so on to make setting up campaigns a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the workflows construction a bit arbitrary, and it gets difficult to do complex flows. For instance, they have an if/then, but having a decision tree with three or more options gets a bit more complex, and the tools could be designed better to recognize that such scenarios exist. On social media posts, it many times tracks Twitter oddly, saying there's a lot more interaction than seems to be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Marketing Hub to manage our social media profiles, manage emails to current and prospective buyers, to capture leads from various marketing sources and to manage marketing automation. The time savings vs. working in a bunch of different platforms has been the primary benefit, along with the centralized data from tracking across multiple channels. has made it easy to track ROI of various initiatives and ensure we're investing our time and budget in the best efforts we can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great for smaller businesses looking to manage a variety of marketing solutions in one singular spot. If you're doing social media, advertising, internal or external email communications, and need to track things across systems, it can get the job done.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not experiencing any problems at this time. The benefits of being able to read my support chat is great because I keep record.
Great tool for marketing and management!
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of ways to manage multiple accounts and keep on top of your tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit difficult to work around the limitations of different platforms, such as Facebook not accepting videos sometimes and Instagram's size limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media manager, I've been able to schedule multiple posts in bulk, allowing me to get tasks done really efficiently! It can be difficult on other platforms to schedule posts in bulk, in advance and on different platforms, but not with Hubspot!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; everything is integrated; very intuitive; seamless connectivity across board

Something viewing results can be a bit of a task esp when multiple accounts have access to one portal

Powerful, Integrated Marketing Integration with World Class Support and Resources
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's fully-integrated approach to marketing and the guided support through its academy and resource centre are second to none. HubSpot is easy to set up and get going, but has real depth too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike, though I have to admit that to get full use of the system one needs to be fully in use and the various modules can get costly as they stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to centralise all of our Sales, Marketing and CRM activity. It also automatically plugs into our SaaS product (build in Rails), which allows us to integrate granular user data that powers our service and Customer Success functions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would seriously recommend using HubSpot Marketing Hub to any marketers, particularly in a start-up environment where there is a huge efficiency gain in having a central source of truth for marketing channels and data. Integrations are top notch and HubSpot goes beyond being a "Jack of All Trades" and does pretty well at remaining a master of most of them!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the social posting and the calendar for planning the best. Its easy to use and once you create a social post for one you can easily share in all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Calendar would be more organized and individualized. If there was a way in which we could have calendars per person and then a bigger overall calendar of communications that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im saving much time and its helping me plan communications in advance. I really like the email marketing tool but would love for there to be away to resend to non-openers in the same email sending. Right now, we have to create lists and then send them that email for remarketing.

The best functionality for clients of all industries
What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything accessible for my clients and the integrations are helpful for connectivity. The metrics are easy to review and having everything in one places makes my life less chaotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always enjoy making edits to ads within Hubspot but it's nice that it is available for quicker access as needed. No major improvements needed, I appreciate that it's there but I don't personally use that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot saves time and makes things more efficient for my clients to use more effectively. Definitely more productivity when implementing Hubspot and transparent metrics for all to use effectively.
The No-Brainer for Marketing Management
What do you like best about the product?
I live and breathe my Hubspot's social management tools. Content scheduling is borderline flawless. Viewing critical analytics is a breeze, supported by a variety of layouts. Social media management and Hubspot are synonymous in my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I will have some technical challenges — certain platforms being unresponsive, having to re-sync accounts, etc. The major feature missing is LinkedIn personal profile tagging, but it's something you learn to live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation used to be a problem for me. Using multiple platforms (and spending money for them) made my workflow cluttered. Hubspot takes care of that, showing me the features and metrics that matter, all while streamlining process.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Hubspot Marketing is the fact that everything & everyone in your company can be connected seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike the least is that it can be a little confusing to move around with all the various functions you have available .

The problem we've been able to solve is that our clients have been disorganized & now their CRM is in order.
