Business changing
What do you like best about the product?
All in one tool for marketing activity. It allows you to connect your digital marketing activity together and link generated leads to the activity. Reporting and measurement is inbuilt
What do you dislike about the product?
Templating allows the user to get to a certain level, but significant expertise is required to maximise the benefits. Can be a little clunky, and some coding may be required to get the results you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and nurturing. Hubspot allows us to implement a systematic Inbound Marketing plan and tie it all together. We have multiple 'Marketing' and 'Sales' staff who will be working on a marketing project or with a prospective new client. Hubspot allows that collaborative work to happen easily. Extensive reporting is available. There are a suite of templated reports. Other reports can be created. Google Ads and Facebook ads can also be included in a campaign directly from Hubspot that can be linked to blogs, landing pages etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a significant cost to a business. It is loaded with features. It will require a significant investment in time to set up. Our experience would suggest that if you are willing to; set aside the time to set it up properly; learn to use it as it is intended (a lot of training is available); regularly create content; use the features to their capacity, then it is likely to be a very good investment. However, if you are not willing to do these things it is likely to be expensive and perhaps not the best choice.
Once it is set up, many of the workflows and automations run themselves, and maintenance is much lower.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage workflows, emails, and chat functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall the platform is pretty solid. I do wish we could add meeting links to campaigns and track more granular in social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer journey is easy to identify because it tracks the customer's entire journey. I do wish there was better reporting on this

Make sure you test workflows before turning them on to get the best results

I wish we could send one post to all platforms instead of creating one for each forum.

It's great to have everything in one place and see how well our posts and blogs perform.

I love that I am able to track my ads and get the latest insights into each month's ad.

I haven't come across anything that I don't like.

Sending masas emails to our segmented client list has been a huge help. Takes a lot of the hassle and pain out of sending emails.

Robust Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I use most is Workflow capabilities for automating marketing and operations. I also utilize the dynamic content rules; Hubspot calls these "smart rules" to change the content based on the recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things like any marketing platform I would change or add. The biggest one is A/B testing capability in an automated workflow/ for automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I am solving for one of my clients is increasing team efficiency by using automation and removing manual processes for sales, onboarding and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how accessible the support team is if we can't navigate the knowledge base ourselves. The team is always responsive and committed to helping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more levels of filtering when it comes to reporting - that is the only challenge I've come up against in the marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to demonstrate data-driven marketing efforts against multiple digital channels. Benefits I've realized is how integrated everything can be and how great the marketplace is.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow management. The automated sending of emails, notifications to internal users, sending of SMS. Additionally, the functionality of webhooks allows you to connect with all the tools on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
They still don't have integration with new portals like WhatsApp or external bots. Additionally, their webhook still requires a technical programming team. It should be more automated like Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are the automation of alerts and notifications, as well as the CMS tool for creating landing pages with little knowledge of design or programming.

Using it requires time and patience, as well as some preparation in the courses.
Great for startups
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that separates Hubspot is its usability. Out of the box Hubspot does most of what you'd need in terms of marketing, whether it's getting a blog up and running, ads, social media or all the backend stuff like workflows. The integrations are easy to configure and it's not difficult at all to get a powerful marketing engine up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's templates that aren't as flexible as I'd like. I'd say that in those instances there's usually a workaround, but of course the perfect world doesn't rely on workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running the website, getting a full content machine cranked, emails, workflows, social ads, so there's a lot of benefits in having everything in one place.

Definitely consider the value of running everything in one place versus a hodgepodge of different tools.

a comprehensive platform that offers everything, and that I can integrate HubSpot with other platforms. I use it for email campaigns and socials
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can not bulk edit a scheduled post. I need to go over every channel again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking and analytics available are awesome. I can create content and tailor it precisely to where each user is in their own persona’ buyer’s journey. It’s no longer a guessing game.

It's a great platform, and even if I have to use other platforms for social media, it still makes everything easier overall

So far, I haven't encountered anything I don't like about it, perhaps adding images to the "Schedule in Bulk" function for social media

HubSpot helps me with scheduling social media content, either in bulk or one by one, it makes life a lot easier
