HubSpot marketing is a dream for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Contact management has been by far the most helpful. We love the customability of marketing templates, but being able to customize tags. etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to onboard. Hubspot academy is a good solution, but I think there might be some UX that could be tweaked for efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management has been a thorn in our side. Between newsletters and individual contacts, we can now finally create the dynamic lists with tags that we've needed all along.
We also love that we finally have a spot for easy to create landing pages. Before we would do everything in Wordpress and the analytics just weren't there.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use hubspot academy!!! This tool is incredibly powerful, and hubspot academy is the key to using it all efficiently.
Great tool for Marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need in one place including email and social. I really like the Reports side of things and their support is one of the best I've ever seen - very quick to respond if you can't find the answer in a helpfile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting on social you get a Hubspot link and I prefer the links to look native. Overall, there is not much to dislike about Hubspot and they are always trying to add new features. I don't pay the bill but price could be a factor for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborate as a team, schedule social media posts easily, email customers and prospects, easily report on site traffic and campaign performance including details stats.
Best Platform to Track Marketing Leads & Follow-ups
What do you like best about the product?
One new thing I really like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the AI-powered content and campaign recommendations. It actually analyzes audience behaviour and suggests the best content, subject lines and sending time for each campaign. This makes it much easier to optimise performance without guessing.
Another feature I appreciate is the improved multi-touch attribution reporting. It clearly shows which channels, ads and touchpoints contributed the most in converting a lead, which helps us make smarter budget decisions.
Along with that, the WhatsApp integration for automated workflows is also very useful. We can now nurture and respond to leads instantly through WhatsApp without switching platforms.
Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps improving automation and insights, which is really helping in my current marketing project — especially in reducing manual effort and increasing conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing HubSpot Marketing Hub can definitely improve is the live chat and customer support experience. When we face technical or workflow issues, getting timely support becomes challenging. Response time is often slow, and sometimes we don’t get clear guidance to resolve the issue.
Since support plays a huge role when working on fast-paced marketing projects and campaigns, improving real-time support, live chat responsiveness, and availability of expert help would make the overall user experience much better.

My problem is not proper MQL follow-ups with the sales and marketing team. Now everything is shorted. Thank you, Hubspot.
Invaluable marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Centralises all aspects of marketing from landing pages to emails, all underpinned with useful reporting.

Page creation tools can be clunky, content management system could be more intuitive

HubSpot Marketing Hub functions as a one-stop shop for all marketing activity, allowing campaign performance to be measured and all activity to be tracked from a single area.
One solution for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do all of my marketing using one integrated solution. Previously, I logging into Mailchimp and importing customer lists everytime I needed to send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic limitations on the social and ads side of things, but generally I'm pretty happy with everything.

I needed and have create efficiencies.
Good for marketing teams with no Ops/Dev Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy set-up. Intuitive to use. The account tracking based on domains is excellent natively integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just fewer options of available tasks than Marketo. I have not figured out campaigns yet.

I was solving marketing automation software to greater scale marketing. Discovered a few cool things that HubSpot does.
The best Marketing and CRM platform for management
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an incredible all-in-one platform that constantly evolves and adapts to the needs of users, making its potential enormous by unifying everything in a single platform. The Marketing Hub is excellent and easy to implement. With 24x7 support. With all kinds of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love HubSpot, the only thing that has changed that I don't quite like is the price per Marketing contact. Other than that, the Hub is incredible with great potential to understand how Marketing impacts the business, in addition to all its functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Artificial Intelligence, Smart content, although the entire Marketing Hub is marvelous, from the management of social media and ads to email campaigns and automations. Possibility to create landing pages with CTA, creation of PopUps, smart forms, custom fields. A system where you can manage everything from one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a platform that, along with the Inbound methodology, makes the Marketing Hub tool and the entire platform a huge potential for any type of organization, easy to implement and use daily, with personalized support 24x7. I have been using and recommending HubSpot since 2015.
Advice: find a good partner to carry out a proper implementation and training.

I like that you have everything on the same platform, it integrates well with the CRM and other HubSpot tools.

I think it's expensive for what it offers you, and that's what makes it uncompetitive.

All in one, it would be the best thing to highlight, you don't leave the same solution

Data collection is beneficial. How well the reports are available to get insights is amazing. ease of managing teams and keeping a track of all your campaigns is very good

a lot of amazing tools are paid and hence are not available in the free version. the free version will get you started though but to really take advantage of HubSpot you need to upgrade to a better package

creating and managing the marketing campaign. report building and measuring the ROAS of our marketing efforts. lead managemet and funnel building along with implementing lead quality check
