Hubspot: The perfect platform for all companies, in all stages
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is a very intuitive platform. You don't have to be an expert or learn code because it is easy to use and helpful for all Marketing purposes.
Besides, it gives you great recommendations to improve SEO, and it has an inner structure that reduces bounce rate and improves results.
The help center is also fantastic; you receive help in minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages could improve the mobile responsive feature since now more than 80% of the users are mobile.

The simplicity of the layout and opportunities to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be challenging and have limitations to showing us what data we want to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze and link accounts across the company to realize our performance is fantastic.

If you're looking for a great way to save time and get those communications out there, organize your customer database and really get to know your marketing trends, HubSpot is the place for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of HubSpot exceeds that of Salesforce Pardot. The support is industry-leading, and response times are incredibly fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a robust platform that is powerful. I would like to see a module that blends the HubSpot Sales Software and HubSpot Marketing Software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the levels of engagement across the organization, from clients to prospects. I love the certifications they offer, top-notch and with tons of information to educate everyone who uses the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into both the Sales Hub and Marketing Hub modules they offer. The Sales Hub functionality in coordination with The Marketing Hub is something to consider.
Great User Experience and tools. There are some things that need improvement
What do you like best about the product?
User Experience, Analytics (and how easy they are to see), Social Media Integration, Workflows, Easy design tools for marketers and, of course, the customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a bunch of things Hubspot could improve... one that really bothers me is how we cannot see what specific links have been clicked by which lead to our emails. There are also other items and functionalities like a basic e-commerce platform that Hubspot is making. With the price we're paying, we shouldn't have to integrate with any other third-party apps to do e-commerce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially the need to have everything in one place and be able to integrate marketing into sales efforts in an easy way. However, there are some things that need a better integration or better software from hubspot to make that sales-marketing flow even better.

The reporting is almost too customizable. Pre set reporting templates would be helpful as a starting place

All of the tools are integrated and there are many great courses to become an expert

One downside is HubSpot is not integrated with our main data source for revenue, making it difficult to understand attribution

A Friend for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
HS puts everything you need in one place. It's easy to link accounts and get a snapshot of your marketing. Add-in tools for email creation, databasing, and form submissions, and you have a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the "jack of all trades, master of none" principle. HS can do pretty much everything you need, but not at the highest level you may need it to. Email and landing page editor can be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS enables our small team to manage all the channels of our marketing in one place. No sharing logins. No juggling access. Everything is in one place, and your login is yours.
Hubspot is a highly effective marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps us hit current/new users through multiple channels from email to social. The sophistication of email workflows, along with the detail in which you can segment users through lists is extremely useful and has already improved our marketing by miles in the last few months since implementing the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features- it takes time to learn them and understand exactly how to maximize their use to reach our desired goals. And occasionally there are features needed that are simply missing, but this is uncommon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are marketing to current and prospective customers to help us reach our monthly growth rates. Hubspot has also saved us countless hours in terms of setting up and analyzing campaigns.

I have been using Hubspot for the last 2 years now and am very happy with the user experience and customer support.

Pricing is very complicated and needs to be simiplified.

User Friendly CRM/ Email Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesforce's Pardot and Marketo in the past, and Hubspot is by far the easiest email automation marketing tool. I also love Hubspot's blog- tons of resources for marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to Marketo, Hubspot doesn't have more intricate nuances/ capabilities. I think with ease of use comes a certain limitations in what you can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a CRM and email automation platform. It's amazing to have everything in one place.
