Simply does it - works straight out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
There's little training to get up and going with HubSpot - and even better - you won't need a consultancy firm or developer to get the basics running smoothly.

I've managed to get everything from workflows to contact field customisations running within minutes myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one - you can't restore previous versions of workflows. However, you can back them up as much as you want by "cloning". But really, that is a small niggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're automating the marketing and lead gen process with the software integrating with all the tools we use, from TypeForm, Slack, Calendly, Zoom, everything just works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose your plan wisely! We blitzed straight through to Pro packages, utilising the startup discounts HubSpot launched in 2021.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives a really clear interface and lots of statistics. I love the click through rate and the ease of creating new workflows. It's all organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can be really complicated at times. It's a learning curve for sure. I think they are helpful in solving this issue though so this is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not enough students coming to our college. Frequent and customizable emails help draw prospective students into the visiting process.

Hubspot that is the engine for a marketing powerhouse.

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, I love automation. Not only does my sales team adore me, but it makes it way easier to analyze if my marketing efforts are gaining attraction with our targeted audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending an email to individuals based on properties when scheduling a send would be so helpful. Our company pushes out app changes that only certain individuals need to know about. It is a pain to keep making lists for these instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining the buying and user experience for our potential users. We make the onboarding process easy and inform in trial users of features during their trial. In the end, this increases the amount of people that convert to sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Finding resources that you can trust is hard enough. Knowing they will make your life easier as a marker is even harder. The Hubspot Marketing Hub alleviates many pain points I experience at a startup. Providing your team with the tools to legitimize your company is the key to success and driving up business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that editing my website and blog is seamless and incredibly user-friendly. You are able to go into any of your webpages and edit them right from the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about the program yet. The trainings are very crucial to fully understanding not only the program but as well as the world of Marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to work on our blog, gives us trainings in order to better understand how Marketing can be utilized to tell a story and it gives us flexibility in our tools.

Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use Hubspot for our company to generate marketing emails and landing pages. It allows us to also see how many users are opening the emails, which contact is engaging the most, and which group of people we should be catering more towards.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hubspot is how the "email previews" when you are editing them are always different than when they are sent out to clients (texts not aligning, pictures too big, etc.). The layouts always changes which makes it harder for me to see if the emails are properly laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we are able to see which clients are engaging the most and are interested. It allows us to personally cater to them and makes it easier to recommend products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always send a test email to yourself when creating email marketing!

User Friendly with Excellent Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
Switching from Pardot to HubSpot was the best decision I encouraged my company to do. HubSpot is user-friendly, intuitive, and makes marketing automation, analytics and contact management much less stressful than other products. Additionally, their customer service is TOP TIER. Seriously the best support when it comes to finding answers to your questions. Instead of being directed to a library of content to fish out the answer, a rep will walk you through how to solve your problem (or sometimes do it for you) !
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a little more flexibility in the email and landing page creation. I detest the design manager (mainly because I'm not a coder in the slightest!) So whenever I want to do something that isn't straight out of the box, I'm directed to use this feature instead (which I'm sure is great if you have a designer on-call). I would like to see HubSpot offer design services in-house for users who don't have a designer on the payroll to add a table to an email template for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our emails are much better-looking and we know exactly who opens them and which elements resonate most with our audience. We know our communication is more consistent and our sales team are better equipped to make certain strategic decisions thanks to the seamless integration with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub has been crucial to our business. Very well organized and easy to navigate. Collects tons of data that we can use for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton I dislike about hubspot. I find that it has glitches now and again, but they usually will let you know with a banner on site, and customer service has been super helpful if anything goes wrong or if i have any questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, we can gather tons of data from hubspot about our audience and community members. knowing what works and what doesn't is a great way to make informed business decisions.

Email Marketing Campaigns > Very Useful Tool + Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Our team enjoys being able to schedule out mass amounts of email campaigns in a short period of time, collect the data later and adjust our marketing campaigns accordingly based on the data. We're also able to see stats to clean up, remove and review focus points for what is and isn't working. Super Useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tough part is simply doing the tedious work, but it's a necessary evil for progress to be achieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sorting valuable leads from lists and in order to define the prospects in the groups of lists from the non-prospects; we have to email, social post and blog post to see what is getting traction and when. The Analytics tools are Great to identify what is working and what isn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify everything that you need your CRM/ Marketing tool to do and go through Hubspot's knowledge base to see if it meets those requirements; there are a lot of resources for it online. As well, I've used a lot of popular CRM's and Marketing tools and many of them have limitations that Hubspot doesn't have; where Hubspot may not have a bunch of flashy colors to keep you engaged like a social media platform - it makes up for in being more useful than many of the other heavily marketed CRM's.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows hyper-targeting of our imported dataset through workflows to ensure our emails are hitting the right audience. We can quickly push out multiple campaigns to different datasets each month and track goals and results to the team in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our DRM system could connect directly into HubSpot (this is NOT an issue of HubSpot, but our system).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has learned what measurements are important to us when launching campaigns. The benefit of HubSpot is that when we launch a campaign that has many moving pieces, such as an email, landing page, and social media element, we can easily pull up results to make tweaks for future campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the HubSpot marketing hub is to have everything from landing pages and social posts to blogs and contact forms all in one place. The campaign features ensure you are able to keep track of all your campaign assets and review detailed reporting to help you learn and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website CMS can be difficult to use which makes it hard for a non-technical marketer to manage their companies website template. The new drag and drop format is better but it is more limiting than other CMS's for websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a B2B inbound Saas company that is constantly evolving and growing to reach new markets. Hubspot allows us to execute new marketing campaigns to hyper-verticalized markets faster.
