Optimizes Pharma Sales with Precision and Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub optimizes pharma sales by replacing cold calls with intent-based engagement. It is valuable for lead scoring, allowing us to identify hot healthcare professionals and prioritize high-value visits. The precision lead scoring is great because you can assign points to specific actions. I also find that the initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing cliff. Starter is affordable but the professional one is very expensive.

Sleek UI, Strong Lead Tracking, and Helpful Integrations

Hubspot helps to track the leads and the activities in a single place. It provides multiple integrations. The UI Design was neat and sleek. We are able to create some lead dashboards with a prompt to it's AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation was a bit confusing. Need time to learn and do the initial setup. The support needs to be a bit better, even though they have all the support documents, sometimes those are confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Main Lead Tracking and Sales closing problem was fixed. We are able to track the mail, call, chat and text everything in a single place.
Keeps Customer Follow-Ups Organized with Automated Workflows and Email Sequences
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been really helpful for keeping our customer communication and follow-up efforts organized. We especially use features like automated workflows and email sequences to make sure follow-ups are timely and consistent, without everything having to be done manually.
One thing I also appreciate is how easy it is to keep contact details and activity in one place. It helps cut down on back-and-forth between different systems and makes it easier to keep things moving.
Another helpful feature is the AI-assisted contact enrichment when adding new contacts. It saves time and makes it easier to build out contact records without having to search through LinkedIn, email signatures, or other sources.
Overall, it’s been a useful platform for helping our team stay efficient and organized in how we manage marketing communication and follow-ups.

A powerful all-in-one platform that makes marketing and reporting much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, strong automation capabilities, and the ability to build useful dashboards and reports without too much complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can take a bit of time to fully understand, especially if you're trying to build more advanced workflows or reports. Pricing for certain advanced tools can also feel a bit steep depending on your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce manual work, improves organisation across marketing activities, and gives clearer visibility into performance and lead management. That has made execution faster and reporting much easier.
Overcomplicated and Poor Support
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub serves as a CRM and a data store. It's on par with other systems available, making it a simple yet highly heavy solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub clutters my processes and there's very little support. I feel like I'm being overcharged for seats and being ping-ponged between different reps and departments without actually solving the billing problem, which is on HubSpot's side. Rep's are highly unprofessional. The product is overcomplicated, with unnecessary old features (and new ones). Managing marketing contacts outside of the licensing scope is tough due to fiddly interfaces and hidden buttons. The company has become less easy to work with compared to 8 years ago. Initial setup was very difficult and still is because they change UI and features almost every day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating problems rather than solving them i'd say.
Intuitive and Accessible, but Pricing Tiers Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and pretty intuitive. It has a better learning curve compared to Salesforce, which I find super complicated and usually requires a Salesforce engineer. With HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can involve more people who can pick it up faster, and the level of accessibility is higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that there's too many safeguarding. You have to, like, pay for different tiers of that. I wish it was just kind of, pay and then you get it. So that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sequencing, enrolling people into email campaigns, and filling up the pipeline. It's intuitive and easy to use, unlike Salesforce, allowing for quicker adoption and involvement.
Easy-to-Use All-in-One Marketing Platform That Streamlines Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and brings all marketing tools like email, automation, CRM, and analytics into one platform. It helps streamline campaigns and track performance effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be high for small businesses, and some advanced features require higher-tier plans. Customization options can also feel limited in certain areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage leads, automate marketing campaigns, and track customer interactions in one place, improving efficiency and lead conversion.
Easy Follow-Ups and Total Control in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The control we have over everything and how easy it is to send follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that everything is an addon so everything becomes expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitates reaching out customers and doing follow ups
Customisable email templates and native CTAs, but Starter is limited and upgrades get pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Hubspot's Marketing Hub Starter package, which has very limited capabilities. One thing I do like, though, is its e-mail templates. Those are very easy to set up and greatly speed up the process.
Another great feature is its customisable CTAs (pop-ups, slide-ins, and buttons). There are many templates to choose from; find the one that best suits your needs. I've used the CTA pop-ups from HubSpot on my Elementor website, and since the data collection is native to HubSpot, you can skip linking apps like Zapier or Make.

What do you dislike about the product?
The starter version is very limited in what it offers, and the price becomes very expensive once you have to upgrade from the starter package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The true strength of HubSpot lies not in the individual hubs, but in how they work together to create a great product. I use the core CRM hub the most, with its contacts and deals, etc., but when I need to expand, the various hubs, including Marketing Hub, help keep my processes connected and seamless. I don't need three different tools to manage email campaigns, leads, and deals — HubSpot neatly handles all of that in one place.
Intuitive and Consolidated Platform, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the intuitive UI of HubSpot Marketing Hub. It's very user-friendly, with features like the design manager allowing me to create EDMs easily. The drag-and-drop builder is fantastic, enabling me to customize and create really good-looking emails simply, without needing to use HTML. It makes creating professional emails accessible for everyone, which is something I really appreciate. Also, it's great how everything can be consolidated into one platform, allowing the marketing team to manage social content, ads, and website tasks efficiently all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS not being available in New Zealand is a big one. Previously, we've had to connect other service providers, and it's been a bit ugly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub consolidates our marketing efforts, allowing us to manage social media, ads, and website content in one platform. It's easy to use and teaches new people quickly. The drag-and-drop builder makes creating attractive emails accessible without needing HTML skills.
