Unified Customer View and Human-Like Automation, but Reporting and Pricing Have Limits
What do you like best about the product?
Truly unified customer view:
Every interaction—email click, form fill, chat, or ad engagement—flows into one contact record, giving a live, 360° view of the buyer journey that’s actually usable for marketing decisions.
Automation that feels human:
The workflows aren’t just about triggers and actions; they allow for intelligent branching, personalization, and timing that make campaigns feel tailored, not templated.
Native alignment between Marketing and Sales:
The shared CRM foundation ensures both teams speak the same language—no data silos, no attribution guesswork, just one pipeline of truth.
Insights built for action, not just reporting:
Dashboards connect marketing performance directly to revenue, letting you see which campaigns move deals—not just clicks or opens.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting customization can feel limited without higher-tier plans.
Advanced automation logic sometimes requires workarounds.
Pricing scales quickly as contact volume grows.
Integrations with non-HubSpot tools can need extra maintenance.

Pretty Good, But Could Be Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything’s all in one place. Like, I don’t have to juggle ten different tools just to send an email or track leads. It’s super intuitive, connects everything automatically, and the analytics are actually easy to read. It just makes marketing feel way less chaotic and way more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say the main thing I don’t vibe with is how slow it can get sometimes, especially when you’re switching between dashboards or loading reports. Also, the reporting tools aren’t as flexible as something like Tableau or Power BI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub basically solves the headache of juggling emails and tracking how they perform. For email marketing, it lets me easily design, schedule, and automate campaigns without needing a ton of tools. On the reporting side, it pulls all the data and joins into one place, so I can actually see what’s working and what’s not. The biggest benefit? I save a ton of time and can focus more on strategising rather than operations.

Comprehensive and Seamless, but Can Be Overwhelming for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot integrates seamlessly with almost every tool — whether for enterprises, scale-ups, or startups. The data flow between platforms is smooth, and the overall experience feels cohesive. It’s one of the most complete marketing platforms I’ve used, offering true end-to-end functionality without needing additional tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can feel overwhelming due to its extensive features. The UI could be more intuitive to make navigation simpler for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool fragmentation & data silos: Before, I used multiple tools for email, landing pages, campaign tracking, CRMs, etc. HubSpot integrates everything into one system, eliminating silos and keeping data consistent across functions.
Manual, repetitive work: It automates workflows — like lead nurturing emails, campaign triggers, segmentation — so I spend less time on repetitive tasks.
Lead management & nurturing gap: With built-in tools for lead capture (forms, landing pages), scoring, segmentation, and automated nurture flows, I can guide prospects through the funnel without needing external tools.
Lack of unified analytics & attribution: HubSpot gives visibility into campaign performance, channels, and multi-touch revenue attribution so I can see what’s truly driving ROI.
Misalignment between marketing & sales: Because Marketing Hub is part of HubSpot’s ecosystem, data flows seamlessly to CRM and sales teams, improving coordination and follow-ups.

Easy to Use with Broad Functions and No Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clear, and yet broad functions
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complain I might have is linked to the challenge to train the people in my company to properly use the tool. Not easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot for outbound sales development and to track the sales pipeline.
User friendly, comprehensive solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use even for those of us who aren't technical, the functionality is good and it integrates well with out other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web page builders are not as sophisticated or modern as they perhaps could be, there isn't the greatest functionality for very modern sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is important to have a platform that can be used for all of our marketing automation as well as the website, and it does hat well. This improves reporting and workflow.
A massive upgrade from our previous platform
What do you like best about the product?
SMS and CTA are two features completely new to our company its nice to have these new ways to reach our customers. Also tracking email performance is a plus its right their on the email where our last platform had a separate tap to see performances. Lastly, we have yet to set up the social feature but i hope to implement it soon.
I also enjoy the indicators for poor and well performing emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem id like to see change in for the next update is let the preview text changes based on email versions. you can customize almost everything except the preview text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub has made it easier to launch email campaigns through automation. The A/B testing features are particularly useful, as they help minimize the number of emails sent to various segments. Additionally, as a CRM, it offers a much simpler way to track customer activity compared to previous methods.
Robust and user-friendly, though customisation could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub brings everything together in one place, from campaign management and email automation to analytics and tracking. I particularly like how user-friendly the interface is, even complex workflows are easy to set up. The integrations make it simple to track a contact’s entire journey and measure analytics effectively. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and dashboards, which make performance tracking and reporting much more efficient. The Breeze AI features are helpful for quick email content refinement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel unnecessarily restricted behind higher-tier plans, which can limit flexibility for smaller teams. The reporting tools, though comprehensive, can be a bit rigid when trying to customise dashboards beyond standard metrics. Large scale data imports or integrations with third-party tools occasionally require manual troubleshooting, which can slow down workflows. Email deliverability is unreliable at times, which makes analytics incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped streamline how we manage and track our marketing campaigns from start to finish. It our one-stop shop email marketing, lead nurturing, customer support and contact management, which reduces manual work and ensures data consistency across teams. The integration with the CRM provides full visibility into the customer journey — from the first touchpoint to conversion — allowing us to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance. Overall, it’s made collaboration between teams much smoother and more efficient.
A Powerful All-in-One Marketing Platform for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers an all-in-one platform that simplifies campaign management, email automation, and lead tracking. The dashboards are intuitive, analytics are detailed, and integrations with CRM and social media tools make it easy to manage marketing workflows from a single place. It’s great for aligning sales and marketing efforts efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, HubSpot can feel expensive as our contact list grows, and certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The learning curve can be steep for beginners, and customization options for some reports and templates are limited. However, once set up, it’s a highly effective tool overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps streamline campaign management, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation — all from one centralized dashboard. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools by integrating CRM, email marketing, social media, and analytics. This has improved team collaboration, reduced manual tracking errors, and enhanced our ability to personalize communication based on user behavior. The automation and reporting tools also save significant time, enabling better data-driven decision-making and measurable marketing ROI.
