What do you like best about the product?
Most things are easy to understand. Doesn't have to be very technical in order to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting using the email tool can be extremely tricky when copy and pasting text from another tool like Google doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending broadcast / automated emails to our prospects and clients. Analyzing the effectiveness of the email alongside our copywriters.

I love the user-friendly options for creating content, and how easy HubSpot makes it to analyze content performance

There's nothing I can think of to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Marketing Hub, we are able to easily keep record of contacts, and make contact lists to send certain content to. We are also able to make automated emails that are sent at certain phases of a relationship with a client or potential client, so we don't have to send these manually. Big time saver.

I recommend it!
Hubspot Marketing Hub is the ONLY marketing automation tool to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. The fact that I can attribute leads and new business to certain campaigns, marketing efforts, etc is huge for us. This allows our team to shift and adjust our focus as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email automation is great. However, we need to warmup our Hubspot email server to send mass emails. Which is challenging for us because we have over 60k contacts on our list. So, we are still using Mailchimp to send marketing based emails, while we warm up our email server over the next few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating more automation for our AE and AM team. This gives them the chance to focus on real opportunities to close and not have to worry about sending emails, creating call tasks, sending SMS, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. Don't even think about it. Cost can be a challenge for some, but there are options to consider. Plus, the amount of time and energy it saves a company is practically priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot saves me a lot of time in scheduling social posts in scale and reviewing content performance, it's very efficient to manage all our social content in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Analyze feature for Social is not customizable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us to manage email & social marketing more efficiently, we can also segment lead lists based on our needs leveraging customizable properties.
HubSpot makes marketing easier
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the customer support/chat is wildly helpful. I was brand new to the HubSpot marketing hub a few months ago and now I feel more than competent. Whenever I have questions, however big or small, Hubspot support is there to help me out. They've helped me with troubleshooting, testing, clearing bugs, organizing workflow logic, and much much more. Additionally, their traffic and conversion analytics has allowed us to fine-tune our workflows, lead generation, and acquisition processes. WIthout HubSpot I'm not sure where we would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many serious gripes with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I think there's definitely a learning curve to understanding how to navigate HubSpot and take advantage of all of its features, but there are enough resources out there that you can almost always find the answer that you're looking for. I also wish that community suggestions were implemented faster. I understand that developing new features takes time and resources, but there are so many great discussions on the forums of features that users would really appreciate and that would make life/work much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business contacts/leads have seemingly countless contact properties that make contacting them highly specific (and sometimes difficult). The nature of HubSpot's contact property organization and logic workflows allows us to contact our unique customers in a way that is personalized, yet still efficient and repeatable.

Hubspot is THE BEST Email Software Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I realyl enjoy the easy access I have to chat with hubspot agents. The get back to you very quick and almost 100% of the time they have answers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike. There are some issues of course, but at least you always have an answer with an artcile about it or chat help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am soling our marketing automation problem. The lists and workflows are so easy to use and very useful.
New to the platform
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of features and integrations. There are a lot of additional app options, too. It is really nice to be able to see all of your data in one place. So far so good!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we don't love the organic social view. We much prefer our HootSuite dashboard's calendar view for social posts. Having the large visible image tiles is much more helpful. There have been some compatibility issues with our POS system that we're trying to work out. Ad tracking is more complicated than it should be and requires a lot of blind bug testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a little new to the service so we're not seeing all of the results yet - we're still setting up. We haven't been able to run an entire campaign from start to finish yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time really shopping through and ensuring that HubSpot and any accounts you wish to link have full integration. They don't offer social ad support for much past Facebook & Instagram. We are trying to include Yelp & TikTok in our analytics and it's been problematic so far.
Hubspot is very intuitive and provides a great training for its better use.

The possibility of time the emails and also sending test emails beforehand.

I guess I dislike the fact that I still don't know to deal with all that Hubspot offers

The possibility to personalize the emails and make them better suited for my audience

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows my team to see insight data on what is needed to achieve our sales. We can see a direct impact of our marketing efforts thanks to HubSpot Marketing. This has allowed us to achieve our goals month over month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the HubSPot Marketing allowed us to download our ads individually instead of having to manually do it ourselves. If this was updated then I would love HubSpot even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve which advertising platforms bring in more contact and which platforms have a lower cost for contacts that achieve a sale. The benefit we have realized is that LinkedIn is our top marketing platform for our tier accounts which allows us to bring in bigger deals, unlike Google or Facebook.
