What do you like best about the product?
I'm not quite sure yet because I'm having some trouble learning it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things aren't quite as intuitive as I would like them to be. There are many prerequisites. For example, when I try to create a survey, I must first create survey properties. When I create a dashboard, I must first create reports. It would be helpful if there was a bot or a wizzard that helped explain this so that I wasn't so reliant upon power users in my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a powerful program that brings a lot of tools together in one place.

Intuitive design, the syncs between internal apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things, for example unable to edit in dark mode for newsletters,
social - unable to tag people,
Landing pages, unable to sync between themes
and more

What do you like best about the product?
scheduling and campaigns, the ease of use and the wide range of features
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI content creator is not ready yet, and some UIs are a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keeping track of our content calendar. It helps us automated a lot of our marketing activities and it helps align marketing and sales.

All the available tools and integrations make this a comprehensive solution for our marketing activities, serving as a one-stop shop for everything we need.

The wide range of functions can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and it definitely takes some time to learn how to use everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single tool that brings everything together along with all the data is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
everything is in one place, is easy to find and is intuitive to use. there are also lots of online support resources if you're ever stuck with anything that are helpful and generally easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
whilst it's helpful having everything in one place and split up into concise categories, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming/long trying to find the relevant area I need within the marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the marketing hub is helping us to monitor our social performance and identify areas that need improvement, as well as maintaining visibility on said performance as we implement improvement strategies over time. it also helps to schedule a range of content ahead of time, allowing us to stay organise and monitor progress trends between old and new campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily turn one concept into multiple pieces of complementary content that are easy to coordinate into one strategy, and with tracking and reporting for attribution
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations on design exist but they're not significant enough to impede projects

The downsides are sometimes the double accounting you have to do for both contacts and company, that should sync together

It is helping me managing contacts data in one place and seeing why we have a meeting and source of traffic

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub integrates all my marketing tools in one place, which simplifies the planning process and automates many of my marketing activities. This integration significantly improves the efficiency of my work by keeping my work processes organized and providing a comprehensive overview, so I don't have to juggle multiple platforms. Having everything centralized saves me considerable amounts of time, making my work more effective. Additionally, I appreciate its intuitive nature especially having used Salesforce and Pipedrive before, which made the transition smooth. Overall, it's a great system that benefits me by streamlining my work, and I would certainly consider purchasing it again for these reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make it more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub streamlines my work, providing an organized overview of processes and saving time by consolidating tools, which makes my work more effective and efficient.

All-in-One Sales & Marketing, But Email Limitations Frustrate

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it combines all of our sales and marketing efforts into one platform. Love the ability for buyer intent, customer journeys and lead scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't have multiple marketing emails on one contact, this is really hindering our process of using marketing hub. Also the fact that transactional emails are a high price add on to marketing hub - you should just be able to mark them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub is allowing all of our data to be stored in one spot, but right now we have not found a ton of high benefits to using marketing hub over our other ESPs from an email marketing standpoint.
