What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use HubSpot Marketing Hub is. I've been using it for nearly 6 years throughout my career, and it’s consistently provided a great user experience every time. I particularly appreciate its ability to efficiently publish and distribute content across various channels, which is incredibly valuable given the amount of content I create for our company. The initial setup was very easy, making it seamless to get started. I’m so satisfied with the platform's functionality and impact on my work that I would gladly recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub with a score of 10 out of 10 to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to find/create the right metrics around the blog, specifically around how our different traffic sources contribute to our overall blog views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to efficiently create, publish, and distribute content, manage emails, and review blog metrics.
Powerful Marketing Automation and Seamless Workflow Integration
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is undoubtedly a powerful tool. Its capabilities for tracking engagement, running A/B tests, and integrating automation and workflows make managing everything within HubSpot much more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a direct criticism of Marketing Hub itself, but as a company that doesn't focus heavily on marketing, we sometimes find ourselves paying for a feature we aren't actively using if we don't utilize it within a certain timeframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the early stages of using Marketing Hub, but so far, the most significant advantage has been its ability to organise, test, track, and report on our email marketing campaigns. Before this, we had to depend on other systems where, for example, our contact data was not readily available, or the tools simply weren't as advanced as what HubSpot offers.
Streamlined Marketing with Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's AI functions, especially for crafting engaging AI-generated subject lines for EDMs and conducting AI analyses, which collectively contribute to a more seamless marketing workflow. The platform also significantly saves time in my overall marketing tasks, enhancing efficiency. Additionally, I find the platform straightforward to use, and the available tutorials are extremely helpful for guiding me through the features. Despite not participating in the initial migration process, the ease of using HubSpot Marketing Hub has been quite apparent, making it a valuable tool in my marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the AI function sometimes misses the mark and isn't 100% accurate which requires a couple of tries to get it right but its given as its not going to be 100% on the mark.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub streamlines my marketing workflow, enhancing efficiency with AI features that save time, like creating AI-generated subject lines.

I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub for its ease of use and powerful integration capabilities, which streamline our entire workflow. This platform significantly simplifies the process of building and managing landing pages, eliminating the need for developer assistance and allowing us to maintain everything in one centralized place. The integration with tools like Google Tag Manager for tracking further enhances its utility, enabling us to target campaigns effectively and measure results with heightened confidence. The setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was remarkably straightforward, which allowed us to dive into using the tool without facing any initial hurdles. Also, its efficiency in operation helps us save on costs while maintaining campaign effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting and insights on HubSpot Marketing Hub. It gives us a clear snapshot of all our performances across the board. We're able to see what's working and what's not, allowing us to adjust our strategy quickly. What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its value in providing clear visibility into our campaign performance. We can easily track performance across email, social, and landing pages in the same space. It helps us quickly see what's driving engagement and what isn’t, so we know where to make changes. We also can see how fast a lead moves from the first touchpoint to conversion, which aligns our marketing efforts directly to outcomes, making it easier to understand what's influencing decisions. The setup was really clear, and it felt very user-friendly for our team. Since we can integrate various tools like Gmail, Google Drive, and calendar, it was nice to see that integration with our marketing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as our dashboard on HubSpot Marketing Hub, I feel like the reports are clean and visual, but it's not always the easiest to see insights or go into depth on specific reports if we want higher, deeper thought-out reports and numbers for everything on the performance side.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps everything in one place, showing us all integrations, reporting features, and insights. It helps us track campaigns and adjust strategies quickly. I use it to see performance across channels and track lead conversions effectively.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly user-friendly and efficient when communicating with our guests. The seamless navigation and ability to find necessary information easily enhance my day-to-day operations. One of my favorite features is the search function; it consistently provides the information I need quickly and accurately, as long as I spell correctly. I also love the reminder system, which helps me keep track of tasks and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The formatted mass email feature is highly beneficial for efficiently communicating with groups, saving me time while maintaining professionalism. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, allowing us to get started with minimal hassle, which is a significant plus for our team. Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub aligns perfectly with our communication needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love an out-of-office message feature like some other platforms use. It's important for me to let my guests know that I can't get to them immediately and who to contact if they need a specific response.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub easy to navigate and great for communicating with guests. The search feature helps me find needed information easily, and I appreciate the task reminders and mass email formatting.
Outstanding Service, Though Email-Only Support
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a full featured platform that we use for email marketing purposes. Creating segments and workflows is pretty easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only way to get support is through email (at least on the plan we're on). There is no way to get chat or phone support which would be very helpful at times where we need immediate help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to send marketing emails to our customers and prospects. We also use it to capture activity on our website and take action based on that activity.
Great Features, But Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for a little over a year, which has proven quite beneficial for creating landing pages, emails, customizing themes through the design manager, and managing social media posts. One of the standout features is the email builder, which is extremely user-friendly and allows me to effortlessly write custom CSS, ensuring great performance on mobile devices while maintaining layout integrity. The social media calendar is another feature I appreciate as it enables me to track posts and collaborate effectively with my team on scheduling and content creation, enhancing project management and cohesion. Performance tracking of my pages is precise, helping me accurately pinpoint areas that need improvement or are performing well, which significantly optimizes my time and resource allocation. Furthermore, the SEO analysis tool aids me in maintaining a healthy and fast website by identifying oversized images, broken links, and necessary alt text corrections. I also find lead tracking straightforward, providing a clear view of form designs and how ads and campaigns contribute to lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find working with forms a bit challenging in HubSpot Marketing Hub. Transforming one type of input to another, such as converting a single choice into a multiple choice with an 'others' option for user input, is not straightforward. This forces me to create more than one property to facilitate a multiple choice followed by a text input, which is cumbersome. Additionally, the lack of an easy way to link and unlink properties without deleting and creating new ones adds to the hassle. An edit feature would be beneficial in this context. Setting up the system wasn't straightforward either; it took considerable time and effort by multiple team members over several months, and customizing the theme in the design manager was limited and complex. Hence, getting used to HubSpot Marketing Hub requires significant time and effort.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline and centralize marketing processes, ensuring brand consistency and reducing errors. Its tools simplify website creation, email campaigns, social media management, performance tracking, and SEO, enhancing efficiency and saving time across my team.
