What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's ability to efficiently send introductory emails to a large group of contacts without duplicating work, which is particularly beneficial for my monthly outreach to 128 people. The insights provided by the tool are incredibly valuable, allowing me to refine my newsletter strategy. For instance, by reducing our newsletter frequency from twice a month to once, we significantly improved our click-through rate, which indicates better engagement. I find the easy accessibility of insights that influence contact and click-through rates immense in helping optimize our communication strategy. Additionally, the unique opens, unique clicks, and campaign features allow me to track the performance of newsletters thoroughly. The tool itself is very user-friendly, with a supportive team at HubSpot always ready to help, which eases the setup and usage process even further. This supportive environment and the tool's intuitive nature contribute greatly to an overall positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the layout; it would be good to have an email where it looks like you just sent it from Gmail, so it looks more personal and not like a mass send.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline mass email communications, saving time and effort. It provides valuable insights that improve engagement, helping us optimize our newsletter strategies. It's also user-friendly, with excellent support for easy setup.
Robust and Reliable, But with Design Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reliability and robustness of HubSpot Marketing Hub when building and managing content. I especially appreciate the ability to manage who to send or show marketing content to using advanced conditions, which gives me great flexibility. The user filtering system is excellent, ensuring that the emails I send always reach the right audience. Additionally, I enjoy the simple and intuitive initial setup, which makes it easy to connect well with other channels and tools. HubSpot Marketing Hub thus becomes an efficient central hub for my marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual design part of emails and CTAs has many limitations and the emails often look very 'flat'. Other systems offer many more options. It would be ideal to have more modules with a more modern design to make the emails more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to send emails, create CTAs, and manage social media, unifying complex functionalities and easily utilizing customer data. It allows me to manage content and ensure that emails reach the right audience with its excellent user filtering.

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of the HubSpot Marketing Hub. The system is extremely intuitive, which significantly simplifies managing my contacts in sales. These features help me work more effectively and make my tasks more efficient.

Been a Hubspot fan for years and the new Buyer Intent tools are a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for several years and it's an awesome product. Especially the new buyer intent tools are a big upgrade and offers a lot of possibilities to explore. Haven't had the need for Hubspot support recently, but I remember it being top class in the pass. Quick response time in the support chat and helpful and friendly staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating that it's not clear enough how a specific property will behave in a workflow. The property name and description might suggest one thing, but in reality, it works differently that you had excpeted, causing issues when building complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run pretty much everything in marketing and sales through Hubspot. You can automate almost anything by using custom properties if a ready-made solution is not available, which saves a lot of time and effort.
Effortless Setup and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and set up. the menus are very easy to navigate and there are a lot of free connections to useful apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that makes it overwhelming at some point.

I find the org chart feature not very useful in HubSpot Marketing Hub. It feels unhelpful because org charts are constantly changing, and I don't believe anyone really reviews them.

What do you like best about the product?
You can set up workflows that automatically trigger based on contact behaviour, which is very convenient. I also really appreciate the lead scoring feature, as it helps my team focus on the most promising leads. The ability to run personalised drip campaigns and follow-ups without any manual effort is something I find especially valuable. Implementation is easy and customer support is excellent.

Nothing. It is the best hub i have used and i would not change to anything else
