Essential Marketing Tool, Missing Only Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Marketing Hub for emails and workflows. The automation features solve problems for me. I appreciate the email capabilities and how content management works well. The training resources are great, making the setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had social listening. In general it's the best, social listening is all it's missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email and workflows, and it effectively handles automation.
Useful Analytics, But Limited Features and High Cost
What do you like best about the product?
it does show me the leads and various stats - together with other analytics platform, I see what I need to make campaign decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
very limited. They keep taking abilities down and taking the prices up. Very expensive, very limited.

google and social analytics are limited. Together with hubspot I have more data

What do you like best about the product?
All marketing tools at one place and very ease to use. the automation feature is very strong like welcome email, follow-up messages and provides best customer support. The CRM connects the marketing tools automatically provides the excellent workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation and reporting tools can feel overwhelming at the starting stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to make responsive landing pages to attract customers and managing too many tools to bring everything into one platform.
Effortless Campaign Management, But Pricey for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very easy-to-use platform that covers all marketing activities and automation work in one place. I appreciate how it allows for end-to-end marketing and automates marketing activities like email, landing pages, and forms, reducing manual work. The platform's ability to manage and scale marketing activities and attract, nurture, and convert leads is great. I find the marketing automation workflow, including form fill-up, email sequence, lead scoring, and WhatsApp notifications, especially useful. I also value how it shows the performance of campaigns and provides reports, making it easy to analyze data for further process, and the easy initial setup without much complexity is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation of features as per the costing, there's a big cost for small and growing businesses. Features like advanced automation and reporting, more complex workflows, and custom reports require a higher-tier plan.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage and scale marketing activities, automate workflows, and reduce manual work. It simplifies lead generation and nurtures leads effectively while providing easy-to-analyze reports to assess campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides single dashboard to manage everything, campaign, analytics, forms and landing pages. Automation is simpler than other automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing depends on the num of contacts, and some features are availaible only on higher plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps managing multiple tools all at one place, including email, whatsapps, SMS, RCS and webpus. This reduces time given on the simpler tasks and to focus more analytics and all for better performace.
User-Friendly Interface with Powerful Drag-and-Drop Editors
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly, with drag-and-drop editors for emails, landing pages, and forms so you don’t need deep design or coding skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, i have two hubspots because one account is just me on there. If I added my whole organization, it would be crazy expensive. Even though no one else even knows how to use HubSpot, I'd still have to pay for them to be on there just to interact with things at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a place for our forms from our website to land, it makes outreach to inquiries and tracking very easy.
Effective Centralization with Considerable Cost
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which HubSpot Marketing Hub allows people of different profiles to generate interactions and emails without having to use many other specialized platforms. Everything is centralized, which allows sending the necessary information to clients without complications and without having to perform migrations or database uploads between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model: charge by blocks of contacts with quite large sizes between them, which can be costly for a company. On the other hand, it is not such a simple customization process, so to make the most of it, you usually have to use a partner to help configure it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize customer interaction, send automated emails, and integrate data from different platforms to improve communication and follow-up with prospects.
Powerful Marketing Tool But Reports Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot's put a lot of effort into their integrations. HubSpot really focuses on building software for marketers and the things that marketers really need. They have the best understanding of what marketers should care about and do care about, and go out of their way to work that into the product. It shows there's not a lot of convoluted 'who really is actually going to use this' type of functionality baked into the product. And it tends to be easier to use than the competition as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report builder has become a runaway nightmare. It's nowhere near as intuitive as it used to be, even five or ten years ago. They have leaned heavily into serving enterprise customers, expecting marketing operations people to spend full time building and maintaining reports. Previously, HubSpot encouraged cleaning up reporting with clear guidelines on measuring important things, but now it seems like they want to be everything to everyone. This shift means the days of quickly generating reports in five minutes are long gone, which is very disappointing.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us understand where people find, engage, and convert with closed-loop analytics. It centralizes activities, eliminating the need to jump between systems. The two-way sync is ideal, so I can manage everything in one place.
Excellent Tool for Customer Engagement and Growth

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's wonderful reports that are educational and useful. These reports are valuable assets for planning and brainstorming sessions. I enjoy the insights they provide into the consumer journey, which help improve the flow of our customer-focused marketing efforts. I like the wonderful downloadable resources that come in a variety of information. I trust that when I download a report or paper, it will be a manageable length, include relevant information, and avoid unnecessary fluff. The initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports have too much corporate lingo. I'd like for the information to be more straightforward and not corporate nonsense - of which I can tend to ignore.
