Flexible and Customizable Marketing Hub for Effective Campaign Management
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is a great spot to manage and track the effectiveness of all sorts of different marketing efforts and provides a lot of flexibility and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides to Marketing hub is it doesn't allow for a field to track our marketing spend which makes generating an ROI more difficult as it can't all be done within HubSpot reporting

Marketing Hub helps us integrate and streamline most of our digital marketing. This saves us time and helps keep messaging consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me engage and convert my target audience with ease of use , implementation and good customer support with efficiency and lead tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit steep but if there's a bigger team set-up it can be managed. They also need to work on the customisation feature and workflow limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub addresses the challenge of having marketing efforts scattered and reactive. Previously, our marketing process felt disjointed emails were managed in one platform, leads were kept in spreadsheets, campaigns were tracked by hand, and it was difficult to see what was truly effective. We were busy with various tasks, but connecting our actions to real results was a struggle.
With HubSpot, everything is centralized in a single system. It allows us to capture leads efficiently, track their sources, and nurture them without the need for constant manual follow-up. Rather than spending time chasing prospects, we can now create journeys that adapt to users’ actual behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean and intuitive UI of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which is super easy to navigate even for someone new to marketing automation. It makes it easy to get started and learn the tool quickly. The setup of workflows and automation is a breeze with the drag-and-drop feature, saving me a lot of time and energy. I also appreciate the automation feature, which helps generate leads and follow up consistently. Personalizing emails and content resonates well with our audience. The reporting and analytics provide clear insights into what's working, helping us scale our marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that's a bit of a bummer is the pricing. It can get pretty steep, especially for smaller businesses or startups. I also wish there were more customization options for some of the templates; sometimes I feel like I'm stuck with a design that doesn't quite fit my brand. Occasionally, the reporting can be a bit slow to load, but that's a minor thing.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate lead generation and follow-ups, personalize emails and content, and analyze what works, which helps us scale marketing efforts effectively. The clean UI and easy workflows save time, making it easy to explain processes to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is our core platform for all customer communications. It helps us manage everything from dormant leads to old leads efficiently. Right now, I don't think we can live without HubSpot Marketing Hub. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and all of our reporting is seamlessly integrated into HubSpot, which streamlines our processes very nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an issue with the integrations with other parts of our ecosystem, and sometimes the attribution between HubSpot Marketing Hub and other areas of our ecosystem is not very seamless. This could be improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub manages our entire marketing funnel and customer engagement, from email marketing to lead flows, while tracking lead life cycles. It integrates CRM for smooth transitions into sales stages, becoming essential for our customer communications.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing and campaigning. I like that it integrates with my intake forms and CRM, allowing me to create workflows so I don't have to work so hard. I find it helpful to look back and see the sales and analytics, including views from customers and traffic. Additionally, for me, the setup was easy.

There wasn't much that I didn't like about the product and I would definitely use again and tell others about.

Powerful for Lead Generation, But Overwhelming Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has many different functions available on the platform that help me push out my lead generation activities. It allows me to build off a lead list by specifically uploading my CSV and then pushing out my email marketing emails to that specific list of people I want to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are many things to do on the platform, and it does get overwhelming sometimes.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to reach a specific list of people for my marketing communications and lead generation activities. It helps me build a lead list, upload CSVs, and target email marketing effectively.
