What do you like best about the product?
Simple easy to use platform for our online marketing campaigns. Requires very little end user training as it is very intuitive!

We are happy with all of the functionality of this platform.

This tool helps automate our marketing efforts and reduces the need for a larger marketing team.

The ease of being able to create campaigns.

I have no complaints about using Marketing Hub!

It helps us not have to pay for multiple services for our marketing work. Everything can be done in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is very easy and intuitive to use - even when you are taking new functionalities into use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are sometimes difficult to figure out - but once you do it, they can help you a lot. You can automate many things with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With marketing Hub we are able to engage with our prospects better and nurture them - we can also follow-up ou marketing actions. Integrations to company's other systems are also creating a lot of value.
Easy Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to implement and use, works well across content, marketing & sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the product are clunky and/or have some frustrating limits, but seems like common issues tend to get addressed relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were searching for a way to effectively manage our B2B marketing programs.
Hidden Charges and Poor Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Beginner friendly, but beware of scammy charges
What do you dislike about the product?
Our plan caps marketing contacts at 2,000, yet new contacts are designated as marketing by default and HubSpot intentionally delays removing the marketing designation. This caused us to exceed the limit during Black Friday for about one day, by about 100 contacts. As a result, we were charged a $250 overage fee that will recur until contract renewal, with no flexibility to reverse it. This approach feels predatory, particularly when small, short-term overages are multiplied across multiple months. Beyond billing, the platform lags behind competitors. Email customization, segmentation, and event tracking are limited.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes all marketing tools email campaigns, CRM, analytics, and automation making it easy to manage and track results in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features can be expensive, and the platform can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of tools and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of scattered marketing tools by centralizing campaigns, analytics, and automation, helping me save time, track results, and run more effective marketing.
All-in-One Marketing Hub with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's great because it's a centralized location for all marketing activities, including emails, contact workflows, scheduling social media, managing the website, analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the complexity, so it does require some time to set up properly. But the support is always great if we get stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our whole marketing program through HubSpot, so it's integral to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing makes it easy for me to stay in touch with my current clients and efficiently manage my client list. I also appreciate how seamlessly I can integrate forms across all my websites.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I dislike.

I appreciate having all my marketing tools and lead generation forms conveniently located in one place.

What I appreciate most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the wide range of tools and features it offers. In many situations, it stands out as the best option for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't particularly like is that you have to spend quite a bit of time learning before you can really use it effectively.

The data management features make tasks like creating forms and websites much easier.
