Hubspot Reporting and Automation Make Work Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to run multi-country campaigns and collaborate with local marketing stakeholders. Creating lists/views and running marketing automation easily is what I like the most. Emails, Forms, Workflows is what I use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenge connecting with customer care during issues such as disconnected integrations used in campaigns for any problem that's important and urgent we have to wait. I think reporting needs training on regular basis for the stakeholder to easily use it. The old UI for deals reporting was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and clear attribution of leads generated via campaigns. Buyers journey tracking. Deal management. Reporting and marketing automation.

Effortless Lead Management and Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it's so convenient to use & also we can generate and organise whole team's lead over a single portal so that things don't get complicated and each person can view their own leads effectivelty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i slightly dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it doesn't provide filtering by domain name as expected. Suppose one of my colleague has his lead named as A@agency.com & I have found another lead with same domain (i.e. B@agency.com) then sometimes it creates 2 different leads and sometimes it doesn't allows to create to prevent overlap so this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving a huge problem that is to organise each and every person's individual leads at a single place and features such as reminders, auto follow ups & assign person a task is very much beneficial to us being a huge organization. It directly impacts sales growth as more time is not invested in defining tasks for everybody.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simple interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which makes it much easier to use than Salesforce. I also find that creating reports and dashboards is simple, making it easier to track inbound marketing leads and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attribution is messy, which might be related to how we set up our marketing operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as a central source of truth for sales, marketing, and business teams to track inbound leads and their status, and to check the performance of our marketing tactics.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub is very user friendly and intuitive much like the other HubSpot products. I like the simplicity of building: emails, forms, reports, and dashboards. All the information captured flows really well from contacts to leads and then to our sales and their deals.

The attribution for conversions and contact source are also pretty good. I've used other marketing automation tools, and HubSpot seems to be better at identifying these sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it a bit of a time consuming having to set contacts as marketing contacts and then removing them. While it can be automated this mental management of who's a marketing contact/vs not takes monitoring and effort to ensure I'm staying under the limits within my plan.

There also can be a lack of customization within the reporting. In other tools, where I can create one report with filters, I may need two separate reports in HubSpot. It's minor, but can be an inconvenience for complex reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us gather better data on our prospective customers and streamlining both the way we communicate with our prospects and pass them on to our sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub centralised all our marketing efforts into one platform. It's super easy to use, and the features work well together, allowing us to focus on content, customer value, and optimization. The tool helps us efficiently manage email marketing, campaign execution, lead capture, automation, and reporting. Automation minimizes manual work and provides us with great visibility into performance, helping us make better data-driven decisions. I appreciate that everything, from forms and CTAs to emails, feeds into the same data, making lead information easy to use and access. Insights are easy to act on, which boosts our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced use cases in reporting or custom workflows require more setup or even a higher subscription tier than we expected. Flexibility in pricing could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to centralise marketing efforts, reduce manual work, and gain visibility into performance, helping us improve efficiency and make better data-driven decisions. What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with connecting with customers and managing customer data effectively. I appreciate how it helps to analyze performance with ease. I like the easy-to-use system, and I find the AI tools beneficial. The platform stands out for its ease of use and tutorials that are easy to access. It's a very intuitive system, and I enjoy the better capabilities it offers compared to what we had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to communicate between other team members. I always get a bug where the bold button is not working. I also wish there was an easier way to leave notes. Plus, I hate the home page.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy-to-use interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which has all the options I need. Workflows is my favorite feature because I love its features and ease of use. I also appreciate the email editor tool and the meeting links for their functionality. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the social media publisher tool a little difficult to use. It is time consuming because you need to create a version for each platform and redo some things.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for segmenting leads and sending contextual marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how powerful of a tool it is. There are so many automations and connections you can make with Hubspot. I like that courses are offered to learn more. The customer support is really helpful when I get stuck, I can easily chat with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only available for higher tiers. It's also been disappointing lately that the courses fill up in a matter of minutes and I haven't been able to take any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve the challenge of tracking leads end-to-end. This allows me to see what working and compare MoM and YoY.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of creating landing pages, newsletters, and workflows. The visual builder is outstanding and makes the process very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s quite difficult to customize themes without developer skills, and applying themes to landing pages is not very intuitive. The limitation on marketing contacts is restrictive—if you don’t have enough, you can’t send newsletters. It would also be great to have the ability to develop more complex and targeted dashboards to monitor web data effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us manage webinar and event registrations automatically and start an engagement flow via email for each user. By using embedded forms across our websites, I can track form metrics and conversion rates accurately. I’m able to create beautiful, mobile-first landing pages for new products in just a few hours and monitor their performance. Previously, we handled these tasks in Drupal, which required much more time, developer support, and didn’t provide complete data insights.
