What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is how HubSpot brings everything into one place—CRM, email marketing, automation, reporting, and content—without the need for multiple disconnected tools.

From a practical perspective, the workflow automation is a huge time saver. We can build sophisticated customer journeys (email, WhatsApp, lead nurturing) without heavy development, which allows marketing teams to move faster. The reporting is also very strong, giving clear visibility from first interaction through to conversion.

Another key benefit is usability. Even non-technical users can build campaigns, landing pages, and emails quickly, which removes bottlenecks and improves collaboration between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is powerful, costs can scale quickly as you add contacts and advanced features, which can be a challenge for growing organisations.

There are also some limitations when it comes to more complex customisation. While it covers most use cases very well, highly bespoke requirements can still require workarounds or external tools.

Additionally, while the platform is user-friendly overall, some areas (like reporting or workflows at scale) can become complex and require proper setup and governance to avoid confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of fragmented marketing systems and lack of visibility across the customer journey.

Before using HubSpot, marketing activities like email campaigns, landing pages, CRM data, and reporting often sit in separate tools, making it difficult to manage campaigns efficiently or understand what is actually driving results. HubSpot brings all of this into a single platform.

For us, the biggest benefit is having a unified view of the customer—from first interaction through to conversion. This allows us to build more effective, data-driven campaigns and automate key parts of the journey, such as lead nurturing, follow-ups, and event communications.

In practical terms, it reduces manual work, speeds up campaign execution, and improves conversion rates because we can deliver more timely and personalised experiences at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to communicate with clients and organize requests within the company. I like the Salesmsg integration because I don't need to switch over to a different platform to respond to clients. The snippets feature is great too, as it lets me spend less time typing. It's super helpful that all our client communications are kept in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email feature will close out a thread entirely and not open back up if a new email is received. Also, before merging tickets allowed me to view the tickets easily between the originals, but since the update, something has changed and made it difficult to switch between the merged tickets. Plus, it was a lot to switch over at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve found that HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps all of our client communications in one place. It also integrates with Salesmsg, so I don’t have to switch platforms just to respond, and the snippets feature saves me time by cutting down on repetitive typing.

What do you like best about the product?
An incredibly simple and easy way to schedule posts across multiple social media channels, manage them, and see at a glance what’s going out and when. I also like being able to group posts by campaigns and check the effectiveness of those campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing. I haven’t found any real gripes so far; it’s been incredibly simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m not a marketer; I manage social media channels as part of a broader operational role. As a non-marketer, I’ve found this tool has really helped me save time and work more efficiently, and it’s enabled me to complete tasks easily that aren’t the main part of my job.

Easy-to-Use Platform for Effective Campaigns and Organized Contacts

What do you like best about the product?
It allowed me send effective campaigns and keep my contacts and prospects in one place. I never had any performance issues so everything worked fine. It's a pretty easy-to-use platform, so I learned how to use it pretty quickly. We also integrated it with Slack and a few other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much to say about it, other than our CRO at the time wanted to migrate us to Salesforce since it's bigger and more well-known, so we migrated several modules onto there. The price in Hubspot it okay and I never had the chance to use AI features just then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing campaigns for prospects and also internal communications for employees

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ad management, dynamic audience creation, event tracking and multi touch attribution based lists / segments the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would need Microsoft Ads and Reddit Ads integration in the ad platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ad Performance report and management is the key one that we use. Plus reports and dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has a comprehensive set of features and functionality for Marketers. To have email, ads, social, events, and more integrated into a single platform allows us to keep a simple tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations that make it less than ideal, but some of them are not HubSpot's fault. For example, Contact Tracking for LinkedIn ads is limited and always has issues, which makes it hard to have accurate campaign ROI numbers from LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us execute our marketing efforts cleanly and in conjunction with our Sales team, which uses the HubSpot CRM. The system also helps us track and attribute our efforts to marketing campaigns for clean and accurate ROI reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place - social media scheduling, email, reporting, file storage, landing pages, forms, automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations not yet available (eg no bluesky on social media), some reporting types not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows quick analytics all in one platform. Allows email sending and list management. Allows event management via forms, lists, automations. Allows marketing customization through segmentation - tag customers as specific interests then segment to different marketing outputs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub can connect to everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to understand or navigate unless you really learn HubSpot. I find when you make suggestions on how to do things it makes more sense, like if I clicked email a link to see what's possible with emails with suggestions would be great, rather than having to go to HubSpot Academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps in tracking where our customers come from and connects to everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the contacts and deals in the one place and the ability to log call details easily and the easy syncing of emails to the contact is great; I've used other CRMs where the email sync function just doesn't work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having more fields for defining why a contact or deal was lost would be useful, but maybe that's an internal admin tool?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my contacts and deals in the one place and giving me a snapshot of my day, week and month.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be intuitive and user-friendly, which saves me time and makes it easy to use. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could read my mind to understand what I'm using it for and create workflows or suggestions for me.
