Robust Marketing Tool with Room for Social Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that HubSpot Marketing Hub is just a singular part of HubSpot and that HubSpot as a whole is such a robust system. I don't need so many different softwares to get the job done, as I can just use HubSpot to get many jobs done. Marketing Hub is just one of those.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could better utilize the ads part, and it would be nice if the social part could, you know, be better integrated with LinkedIn at a lower level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me send nice looking marketing emails and ensures their effectiveness with analytics. It organizes all my content by campaigns, tracks their effectiveness, and assists in lead generation through forms. It also provides insights into call to actions and buyer intent.
Easy to Use but Needs Email Editor Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and has a lot of features. The workflow creation and email creation are easy, allowing me to do things fast. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of things. Firstly, the fact that being online it takes some time to update. The email editor is very very limited, basically only text and image, no chance for interesting graphics. Moreover, often the bold character gets stuck and you cannot unbold it. The contact part should be improved, it's crazy that if a contact or lead uploaded from a list without a country don't get imported in a segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as a database for leads from marketing campaigns and to create emails. It solves mass emailing problems and makes workflow creation and email creation easy, speeding up processes.
Convenient All-in-One Hub for Campaigns, Contacts, and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It’s convenient to have everything in one place. We run a lot of campaigns and manage many contacts, so having solid tracking is important for us to keep iterating and improving. The email drag-and-drop tool is also easy to learn and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a lot of updates last year, and things kept moving around, so it often felt like I had to relearn the layout all over again.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be a vital tool for my freelance marketing work. I love how it combines email marketing, forms, and basic automation into one platform, helping me to keep everything organized in one place. I really appreciate how everything works together—the email marketing, forms, and CRM—so I don't have to switch between platforms. I also found the initial setup very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The best thing about HubSpot is that you don’t need to rely on anyone else—you can do everything within HubSpot. It feels like an end-to-end marketing solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to creating forms, it can sometimes be difficult. I also find it challenging to set up a few email automations. It’s not impossible—you can definitely do it—but it takes some time to figure out. It would be really nice to have some videos showing how to use each feature. I would be very grateful for that, and it would be one of the best improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is a content strategist. I curate newsletters and content for email marketing, and earlier I had to depend on my IT team for any email that needed to be sent. Now, with HubSpot, I can do everything on my own—from designing the newsletter to sending it. I manage the process end to end, and I can also analyse the performance of each email, which makes it even better.

What I like least about the HubSpot Marketing Hub is that the cost can increase quickly as the contact base grows. Additionally, some more advanced customizations of automations and reports require higher plans, which can limit more specific strategies for smaller companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send emails, track statuses, journeys, reporting, integrations with all marketing efforts, social scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with backend tracking and data attribution. Also, feels a little outdated on the social side of things. Also, the design side of building a landing page is off as well compared to using built in tools on our website. We would love to track that side of things better though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having some deeper data that isn't available on other sites analytics. Ex. Facebook insights, meta ads, etc. We like the ability to see our spend, revenue attribution, and have a better glimpse at what's working on our side!
The most intuitive flow automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
That for automations and processes, it is the most intuitive tool we know. Ease of use and construction of workflows. We have used it for launching complex communication processes and for managing leads and responses through chatbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are too high, especially in the shipping section (Whatsapp)

Easily allow customization of client communication flows.
Integrated Tool, Adequate but Limited SEO
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how integrated everything can be with HubSpot Marketing Hub, from sales to marketing, content management to data analysis and reporting, and even automated social media post scheduling. It was nice to have one platform for managing all of it instead of using a bunch of different tools. HubSpot has so many different tools already built into its ecosystem, making things simpler because there was no need to worry about data not being shared properly between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SEO optimization options within HubSpot CMS are fairly limited - it says that it's SEO friendly, but it's only on a superficial level. For those who want to take SEO as far as it can go, HubSpot might not be the best.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub's CMS to manage website content and analyze our customer journey. It integrates multiple tools like sales, marketing, and data analysis, making it easier to manage everything in one platform. The data reports help track user performance across marketing channels.
