What do you like best about the product?
Typically the interface which is easy to use and navigate what we are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far honestly I have been very much happy using it.

Omnichannel approach has always been an headache which now has been solved by hubspot marketinghub
Hubspot: Marketing Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to marketing, content generation, emails, and contact management it does not get easier than hubspot. It mixes all of the thing you need to maintain successful marketing plans and strategies into place. It was easy to get the hang of on my own but the customer support and monthly meeting with our hubspot team was also incredibly beneficial. It also allowed us to integrate netsuite into it seamlessly so all of our contacts were stored for email/content sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be limiting in the terms of marketing contacts. You only get a certain amount before you have to upgrade tiers for more. Have to constantly be mindful of this. Marketing contacts are who you can send emails to so they're pivotal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed and pace of content creation is pivotal. When you work for a smaller company and are one of the only ones handling marketing duties, being able to churn out quick content with the email builder is huge. It helps me get through my workload much easier. It also helps in getting email approval from my superiors with the sames that can be sent to myself.

I enjiy preparing lists to target these lists keep me focused
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish calling out of hubspot was easier - currently we need to use an auto dialer

It solves for our need for a CRM and it benefits me to create custom lists

What do you like best about the product?
Very complex CRM that has all the features, reports, and layours we need. Integrations with other tools we use (like apollo).
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit too complicated at times and does require training to really use properly.

Helping integrate different solutions for our marketing into one platform to easily measure and communicate with leads.

HubSpot is user friendly offers great customer support and simplifies marketing automation. its comprehensive accademy makes it easy to find solutions, even for complex tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback of HubSpot is its cost. it might be to expensive for small business without a full time inbound marketing team or those working with an external marketing firm

HubSpot is allowing us to market our company for the first time. its all in one olatform eliminates the need for multiple systems providing a one stop shop for all our marketing and CRM needs.

Hubspot is all in one platform for sale, marketing, manage campaigns, Overall, It increases sales through CRM integreation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing can be steep for small business or startsups as if scale more features, users get certain features limited unless they go for upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses several key problems, marketing efforts, difficulty in managing or tracking of campaigns, or it can be lead management also, analytics and multi tool can be real time saving and increases performance rates.
HubSpot beats Marketo for ease of use, & if you want efficiency & max productivity... who doesn't?!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to learn. The HubSpot consumer grade user experience results in people wanting to use the system, not dreading the pain of the user experience of other tools. Get more done with less people and enable them to enjoy their work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like. It's all good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an efficient team who is not blocked by tools that get in the way with their poor user experience. With HubSpot we can engage anyone on the team to use it. With other tools we have had even senior colleagues actively avoiding using them wherever possible. Steep learning curves of other tools, along with this dislike mean everything takes longer. Imagine in 2025, there are still tools that have a user experience that is demoralising!?! HubSpot foresaw long before others that employees need a good user experience to engage with the software and produce results.
A great software to keep a track of your marketing campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot was easy to use and understand. We liked the built-in emailing feature, and the analytics showing the traction were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was pretty okay, there's no such thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have multiple services at one place which is very good. I can easily have Hubspot and save a ton of time in planning and organizing the content going out during a campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of marketing automation it provides specially on the reports view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit complicated when it comes to customization based on requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having things distributed across multiple platforms, hubspot as one single platform works best in solving problems that otherwise would hv required multiple juggling of tools.
A very powerful tool for mass campaigns!
What do you like best about the product?
The customised email tool is also great! We can send monthly newsletters and holidays information to our customers seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we can build customer sorting cohorts, like if I need to sort and group customers based on certain properties, that should be possible so that targetting becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our customer journey, spot the drop offs and accordingly run campaigns to get the customers as per their requirements. The mass personalised email campaigns and automated camaigns are working great for us. Also, we are able to embed hubspot forms on our website, which helps lead management really seamless.
