Ease of use to keep things organized
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me what we have in the marketing pipeline in a glance. All the functions are very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more customization options for the email marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent communication with customers
I do like HubSpot, but it can be a bit difficult to use at times
What do you like best about the product?
I love the options to send out an email to contacts pretty quickly and efficiently. It is pretty easy to reach someone for assistance if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain functions are difficult to use and it isn't super easy to learn. There is no training when you first sign up, you just kinda get thrown in and if you aren't a marketing whiz it may be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The best is repository of contacts and communicacions with them. Activities, notes, ...

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, to build a landing page can be frustrating. It depends on Hubspot, depends on third party themes, i don't know. The editor fails with contents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allow build a landing page and capture the lead data. Its quickly. Also, we embebbed the form in our external website.
HubSpot is perfect for SMB's marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
I can track emails, set up automations, enrich data that has been outdated and be reminded to follow up with certain folks. Customer support is the best. I use it every day and it's easy to integrate with 3rd party software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The next level of the subscription is pricey. I don't need it right now but as we grow, it will be challenging to get approved to spend 20x what I'm paying now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my conversations/outreach all in one place. It's a Hub and I build off of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing emails & analytics, lead lead organization, and website traffic analytics has kept me sane in getting our startup going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HATE that a marketing contact for even 1 day of the month is charged for the entire month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead traffic origins and email tracking has helped us target our audiences better
A seamless and streamlined tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do everything in one place. No more cross referencing with many other tools to do what I need to or to analyze metrics. It makes it so easy to send correspondances and track engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more expensive compared to other tools out there, but in my experience it's worth it on how much time and effort it saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our marketing and communications to a single place. Being able to send everything from one spot and track all of the various metrics and engagements is key for my organization.

I think workflows could look a little neater.

We're able to easily track leads from paid ad sources and create lists that help us easily market to them.

HubSpot is an intuitive, easy-to-use modular system that is great for all levels of users in different parts of your business, not just marketers.

Costs can escalate quickly as you add more hubs.

Hubspot gives and easy to integrate system for interest form responses on our website.

Great Marketing Tool with Awesome Support
What do you like best about the product?
Man, it’s just so easy to use. The whole setup is nice and straightforward nothing cluttered or confusing. Plus, it plays really well with other tools, so you’re not stuck messing around trying to make things connect. Oh, and the automation? Total lifesaver. Cuts down on so much busywork and keeps things running smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing’s a bit of a bummer, especially if you’re a small business. It’s cool at the starter level, but once you want the good stuff, those costs start piling up fast. And honestly, some of the really useful features are stuck in the pricey plans, which can feel like a stretch if you’re trying to keep things affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates the tedious stuff, keeps leads in check, and gives killer analytics to boost my campaigns. Better targeting’s upped my engagement and conversions too—huge win!
