Streamlining all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Logging and documentating custoemr interactions, contacts etc in one place so we always are in the know with what is going on with each account.It is easy to use, not just for adminstartation but for sales guys in the field, being able to send follow up emails, log calls and text, assign tasks is so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intergrating it with other softwares has been time consuming but to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to streamline our process, create campaigns and watch marketing trends as well as document the lifecycle of leads, to customer to order.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot stands out for its ease of use. I like the drag and drop part and how it's second nature wise to set up campaign
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure the CRM is at is best feature yet. There is a lack of ease to use and to understand and it's hard to use it with analytics tools

Most Intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot Marketing hub! It is the most intuitive CMS I have used. I love how everything for marketing is in one consolidated place. One file upload covers everything for workflows, emails, blogs, etc. Making reports is incredibly easy and so is creating a dashboard based on lists and reports. They have such great trainings too and offer chat when you need help. It integrates with our sfdc and events software, making all of our information easily accessibly in one place. Hubspot is a total game changer and makes my life better every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Hubspot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on emails, workflows, and landing pages -- one upload of a file makes it easy to access for all 3 of these tasks.
Makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use one system to send out my marketing emails. I don't have to log-in anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the switch to AI graphics instead of Canva. I feel like I have less control. That could be because I don't quite understand how to use it or guide AI to make the edits I want. So far, I hate the fonts that it uses for my graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use my existing customer list and filter as needed to reach the people I want.
Powerful Tool - Learning the Ropes
What do you like best about the product?
I ended up downgrading to the free version of the product. What I miss most is the amount of templates you can use, but there are templates features built into Google Workspace, so it isn't that much of an adjustment. I am discovering that for a small business it may not be as necessary of a tool as they are pitching it to be - mainly because it is soooo over complicated in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like I am sifting through an entire collection of encyclopedias (from A-Z) just to pull a few things out from each volume. I feel like there should be a feature or better training on how to make it easier to make it work for each individual. I feel like I have to learn an entire new software platform just to send an email - it seems overkill for what it is supposed to do.

tracking client engagement and helping to find holes in my cold reach out marketing strategy.
A Resourceful Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very informative and helpful, and customer help is always a click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want necessary say dislike, but challenging at times, navigating from product to product, especially whenever you are creating new line of products.

Email Marketing is wonderful, especially whenever you learn how to flow from task to the other

Automated work flows. Hubspot removes the need for manual data entry and its automation features allow users to set up workflows for email sequences, lead scoring, and nurturing, ensuring prospects receive timely and relevant content without manual intervention.
Savings and Attribution !
What do you like best about the product?
We can track multi-channel campaigns including landing pages, social posts and email campaigns. We have saved money moving from 3 separate services to just Hubspot, it makes reporting so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tags don't pull through to Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems with a drop off in leads using chilli piper, it was another step that our prospects didn't like ti.

It's been so nice to have our marketing platform integrated in our CRM for better tracking and seemless use in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
I have the pleasure of working with a few clients who use the HubSpot Marketing Hub. I love that it is data-driven and tracks every interaction. It's also very easy to intergrate with other platforms (i.e. WordPress, Google Domain Email, Calendly, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a bit pricey. It's a great all in one solution but to get all the perks it's a costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the CRM/Sales tracking it has been a gamechanger. We can track each interaction and use that data to create solutions that help us close leads.
