It is the most cost effective CRM and Marketing tool for early stage companies
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to stand up and host landing pages quickly. Create, send and track newsletters. Ability to stand up forms and track the form submissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. It seems that it has the features we need, just need to learn how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we build out our marketing function at CentML it offers us all the basic tools to get going.
Good product - better end to end than Hubspot/SF combined
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub still ranks #1 out of all the marketing automation platform out there. It's easy to use, allows non-techical people to leverage the platform, scales with you as your org grows and has all the features needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more start up friendly pricing.

What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a comprehensive suite of tools, it has some drawbacks. The pricing structure can be expensive, especially for small businesses like mine, as costs rise significantly with additional contacts and advanced features. The platform’s automation, while powerful, can feel rigid, limiting customization compared to competitors. Reporting capabilities, though robust, sometimes lack flexibility for deeper data analysis. Additionally, the learning curve is steep, requiring time to fully utilize its features. Customer support can also be hit-or-miss, with long response times during peak hours. Lastly, some users experience occasional glitches, making certain tasks frustratingly slow or unresponsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Really good templates for email marketing and the ability to have email tracking (so you know and are notified when target customers open those emails) is invaluable.
I like that setting up an email marketing campaign is really easy, and Hubspot send you emails automatically reminding you to set up further functionality if you haven't had time to do so yet.
It was also really easy to implement and the reporting is good too!

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have had is some contacts I added early on were not ticked as marketing contacts (my error - I didn't know what I was doing initially!), and therefore don't appear on email marketing lists.
I understand why, but it's way too difficult and confusing to change the subscriptions once they have been set up incorrectly. I have had to send emails manually to a number of contacts due to this (not the end of the world but frustrating).

Being able to design and implement an email marketing campaign at scale & speed is a big benefit for me.

Once you are set up it's really easy to create your own templates, run campaigns and track results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complexity to set up if you do not have strong technical skills.

Creating campaigns from scratch can take a lot of time. HubSpot makes it easy and provides excellent insights as you go.

One of the Best Content Marketing Platforms for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub allows my small, in-house marketing team of six people to accomplish so much without wasting time switching between platforms. Setting up the account and individual profiles was straightforward with minimal additional research needed. As for the use case, we use the Marketing Hub for things like landing page creation, automated drip campaigns/emails, social media publishing, and email newsletters. These tasks occur almost daily so I'm almost always keeping HubSpot open on my tabs. Likewise, I have found the platform's customer support and knowledge base to be excellent and able to provide help during the first attempt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment since HubSpot keeps up-to-date with integrations and functionality. It really has become an all-in-one solution for our marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small, six-person marketing team for a SaaS brand, we rely on HubSpot's Marketing Hub to automate certain processes, namely email drip campaigns. Additionally, the social publishing tools make things easier to manage and scale without requiring multiple team members being pulled off of other projects. Prior to using this platform, we struggled to keep on top of all these different components of customer engagement and bounce between different tools.

The ability to filter lists of companies, contacts, or tasks.

Contacts and companies can not be segrated for different teams without a major upgrade purchase.

Tracking relationships with new and existing customers.

I use it primarily for my email campaigns. As other pure email marketing platforms became restrictive and too expensive, I found I had the same tool if not better in my HubSpot account!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business owner that is part of a start-up, I wish I had more income to take advantage of the "Professional" level. Using the "Starter" there is some good features but I cannot unlock all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like the integrations with my Zoom, Calendly and website forms, particularly in building my contact database. Also really like having the email functionality in my account.
