Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Endless opportunities and customization.

Sometimes there are bugs that make it harder to work.

High potential if used well
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that there is a high potential in what HubSpot Marketing Hub can do in different marketing areas in terms of content sharing, creation and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are the fact that the Hub is not always so straightforward in its usage and you need some in-depth knowledge to use it at its full potential, plus there are some limitations in the creation of websites/landing pages for example where it could improve

Having everything in one platform really helps for data integrity and data analysis consistency

What do you like best about the product?
Direct integrations with all imaginable tools, making it easy to stay on top of recent activity. Strong reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. The tool has so much to offer.

It's seemless integration with the entire suite.

There is nothing that I had encountered so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us connect with our prospects and clients better, it give us insights that help us in formulate our future reachout strategy.
A mainstay in our Martech stack
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been a mainstay of my marketing stack for years. We are able to do everything we need. And with the help of Agile Pixel Studio (our Hubspot agency) we can get Hubspot to do things it doesn't do out-of-the-box. Hubspot also makes our Salesforce implementation better by improving the data quality and automating workflows before the data ever hits Salesforce. Also, customer support is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The big area of improvement for Hubspot is reporting and dashboarding, especially as it relates to time-series data. If you want a snapshot -- no problem. But if you need to understand how things change over time, Hubspot isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot centralizes many aspects of marketing management and automation, and saves us time and resources.
Streamlined our company's sales process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to streamline the sales process and have multiple contributors regardless of the stage
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard is to crowded, a better UI will be ideal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An all in one data center that serves as the ultimate source of truth
One of, if not THE, best email marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of functionality. In addition to email marketing, it can be used for website creation and internal communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit of a learning curve for people who aren't tech fluent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A recent upgrade we have implemented is transactional emails, which contain information that the recipient needs to receive (for marketing contacts, usually invoices). We use this for our internal communications processes so employees don't unsubscribe from our communications.
Centralized, Effective Tool For All Things Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy in the interface is. If I ever have an issue locating a function or understanding how to do something - the self help articles are a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations when it comes to building workflows and reporting. For example, I'd love to be able to build out separate reports based on specific forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us connect the dots in the customer journey. We're able to really see where a customer starts and then all the interactions they have with our content/emails/website that ultimately lead them to becoming a customer.

Integrated workflows, Zapier, Etc. Solid, simple, and powerful tool for necessary announcements to customers.

UX/UI Design could be better—specifically UI.
