What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work and therefore my life much easier, especially the Marketing Analytics Suite. Reports have become so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really fully grasped the new version V3.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is our companies tried and true method to relay so many feature enhancments, softare updates and so much more to our prospects and customers. Being able to link our internal CRM to track user profiles engagement with our materials is the best. HubSpot was easy to setup for our company and has been in use for years! Another individual at our company works with our rep and has nothing but great things to say about their skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't find any dislikes about the program. It suits our needs tenfold - from forms, landing pages, emails and media--HubSpot handles it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating new features, updates, release notes and training options to our customers and so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Is full of features. Easy to use. Very powerful

Some features should be integrated. For example, it is not possible to a/b test popups

It's a one stop platform to harness first party data and put it to best use to meet the customer where they're at in their journey. It's also super easy to use!

Billing? I find the modular billing complicated.

It's the essential go to between our customers and us.

HubSpot is a great CRM, easy to use website.
What do you like best about the product?
Organization, efficiency, customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outlook doesn't sync to HubSpot calendar so scheduling can be difficult because time is blocked off as "busy" when I need to know the title that's in outlook.

Reporting. I no longer have to manually make reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like creating campaigns and tracking omni-channel marketing efforts. Seeing the analytics from emails, landing pages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate with some of the platforms we use.

It helps me with attribution and data tracking, I can see user's activity on the website and my sales emails opens
