Hubspot, The King of CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the ease of integration, implementation, and use. It also simplifies campaign administration, making my work more productive. Not to talk about the seamless CRM link which allows me to keep track of customer interactions easily with minimal effort. Also, the detailed reports provide me with valuable information for refining our marketing strategy smoothly. They've got good customer suppot as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anyway, what I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub, the least helpful, and the downsides of using HubSpot Marketing Hub majorly is the high cost, especially if you are using the advanced features. Some of the automation tools make it very difficult to set-up complex workflows in the process. Also, learning how to navigate the tool takes time and dedication and can be dificult for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major problem HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving for me is that, it helps me manage and nurture leads more effectively by automating follow-ups and personalising daily outreach. It helps me to keep all our clients' data in one place for easy management, making it easier to track interactions and optimise campaigns which has also improved our conversion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is incredibly user-friendly even for people who aren’t super tech friendly. It has made things easier by having everything you need in one place. I really appreciate how clean the platform is making it easy to find everything you need pretty quickly. I also really love the reporting dashboards as everything is super visual and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the cost. Although I like that you can customize the package based off what you use it can still get pricey quickly. As you grow your company and have more features you need it can start to add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us solve the problem of managing all our marking tools and data in one place. Before we were using a platform for email marketing, our contact form, and our CRM. It was very hard to keep things organized and connected. Now that we have everything in one place nothing falls through the cracks. It also makes things faster to get changes made based on the analytics we receive.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub makes marketing automation easy and intuitive. The email marketing tools, combined with the landing pages and CRM system allows marketing professionals to easily track and report on lead activities. These insights enable users to make informed decisions about marketing automation strategies, mapping the right triggers and actions to move leads through the funnel towards a closed won opportunbnity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is somewhat prohibitive for small businesses. There is a large jump in pricing once you move from the basic paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves tracking lead/customer activities accurately in real-time. The platform is fully integrated with it's email marketing and landing page tools, which provides great insights on how leads are interacting with our website. Hubspot also integrates with other systems like Dealfront, capturing those activities as well under each lead. The automated attribution and lead sourcing is very helpful. The ability to easily create professional emails and landing pages is also a huge benefit and time saver for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a powerful tool for customer outreach, marketing performance management, and more. A lot of my day as a director of marketing is spent in Hubspot, and it doesn't bother me one bit. My favorite feature is the workflow builder; seamless and powerful automation with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity can creep into HubSpot through integrations and poor data management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main source of customer outreach. The benefits to keeping in touch with our customers are tremendous.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a solid all-in-one tool for managing your marketing stuff. You can run email campaigns, build landing pages, track leads, and manage social media—all from one place. It’s super easy to use, especially if you’re not super tech-savvy. It works really well with HubSpot’s CRM too, so if you're already using that, everything connects nicely. The drag-and-drop editor and automation tools make setting up campaigns pretty smooth.

While the basics are super easy, digging into more complex automations or reports can take some time to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email, social, landing pages, automation, CRM—it’s all connected. No more switching between a dozen tabs. You can actually see which campaigns are working, track conversions, and make better decisions without guessing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how deep you can delve into the data and find information on activities. It is an essential asset for Marketing attribution. We use this daily and it's really easy to follow. We have been able to integrate the platform with other systems we use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't move as quickly as the world does sometimes. We can't schedule all of our social posts as HubSpot doesn't allow it and sometimes the email drag and drop makes design a bit restricted.

User-Friendly Interface, the automation and customisable reporting are what stands out for me. Great for any business.

Limited A/B testing, some of the features are difficult to use but with the resources it is easy to learn.

Manually connecting LinkedIn Ads data to lead outcomes (e.g., demos, sales) was time-consuming and error-prone. I now see which LinkedIn campaigns drive sales-ready leads, so I can double down on high-intent audiences.
