What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to manage campaigns, track leads, and automate tasks all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To access more features on your HubSpot account, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us streamline lead management, automate follow-ups, and centralize customer data. This saves time, improves team efficiency, and boosts our marketing results through better targeting and tracking.
We had record breaking months off the back of using this.
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for over six months now, and the difference it’s made is massive. The depth of data and insights we’ve gained is unlike anything we’ve had before – even when combining multiple other tools. It’s helped us run record-breaking campaigns and refine our email segmentation to a level we couldn’t have achieved otherwise. Everything feels connected, from lead capture to email workflows to analytics, and that’s made our marketing efforts sharper and more effective
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. There’s a lot packed into the Marketing Hub and it can take time to set up everything properly and understand how to get the most out of it. It’s not something you just plug in and go – you have to invest time upfront. That said, the payoff is worth it. Once you’re up to speed, it becomes an incredibly powerful platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used ActiveCampaign but found it hard to connect our marketing data with the full client journey. That disconnect made it difficult to run high-performing campaigns and deliver a cohesive customer experience. HubSpot Marketing Hub solved that by integrating seamlessly with the rest of the HubSpot ecosystem. We can now build landing pages quickly, manage and track multiple websites in one place, and get a clear view of how campaigns are performing across every asset - whether it’s a CTA, pop-up, social post, email, or landing page. It’s given us visibility and control we simply didn’t have before.
Essential Marketing Automation Tool with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HubSpot is to use for all things related to website like forms, emails, CTAs, and landing pages. The support team is always quick to help me with any roadblocks when building complicated workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to marketing events, lead scoring, and workflows. Often times, I have to come up with workarounds to achieve what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to email our prospects and clients and for pushing data back to our CRM, Salesforce.

The AI features are great and extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of pricey, considering there are some features I don’t use.

Excellent Tool for CRM Marketing Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that all relevant data and marketing tools are centralized and integrated with one another, making it easy to analyze the data and understand how each piece of the puzzle associates with one another. Customer service is super responsive and helpful in resolving issues. An absolute have-to-have if you are doing marketing activities every week and need an easy to learn / implement system. Integrates super easy with third party apps using Hubspot's app marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high but ultimately worth it; there are some report limitations that I could be happier with more options, but I usually find a way to work around them and visualize the data as I intend

Helping analyze where our marketing is falling behind and what it is doing well; assists with optimizing email campaign performance and getting the most engagement

Adds a method to the madness in keeping customer data organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts can be upgraded to Marketing Contacts immediately but downgrading to Non-Marketing Contacts takes until the end of the billing cycle.

Helps track customers, send newsletters, track email opens/bounces/clicks, build landing pages, track website metrics, and more!
Streamlined Marketing Automation with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has a robust CRM and lets me store unlimited contacts. The tool also continually adds new features, which is great. I appreciate the support and resources they provide. It's user friendly while remaining powerful. I find that it makes automating marketing tasks much more manageable and organized, and it integrates smoothly with their CRM, content, and sales tools, keeping everything neat and organized for our company. It helps me complete tasks efficiently without constantly switching between tools, and it removes a lot of manual tasks from my workload. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, and they do a good job of providing help and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they integrated with Microsoft Ads.

HubSpot Marketing Hub makes automating marketing tasks manageable and organized, integrates smoothly with CRM, content, and sales tools, and reduces manual tasks by keeping everything neat and organized. It also helps me complete tasks efficiently without frequently switching between tools.
A great, easy to use marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing offers lots of tools to encompass all marketing avenues. From landing pages to social media, it does it all in an easy to use format with even easier integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the contact limits and paywalls can be a little bit daunting, starting with only 2000 contacts as a base is limiting. I also have had some issues with formatting for creating landing pages. It would be great to know the pixel size when designing emails and landing pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our marketing can be done in one centralized place that lines up perfectly for a tech stack. It's ease of use makes it easy to build and train a team around as we grow our marketing initiatives.
Great Tool

Having a one stop shop for all marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
duplication of contacts, there is not easy way to manage this.

easy creation and management of complex campaigns
HubSpot really drives our Sales process visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to simply run Marketing eDMs from the same platform, whereas before with our old CRM we had to export contacts and upload to a eDM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to not be able to create logical data link lists.
