Great CRM Experience

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to segment our lists and retarget certain contacts with necessary information without having to send to the entire list. We love that it's easy to navigate email templates and create emails that our customers want to read. There are plenty of tools and customizations you can create within the environment. Creating lists is easy and you have plenty of space within your tiers to grow your lists without having to increase pricing too often. Customer support is fantastic and the free training is definitely useful and we use it often. Our support person is alwasy quick with answers and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up automations is not the easiest thing. You have to know exactly what tags to use and word them very specifically to suit your needs. It's not intuitive. We have only one person on our team that has been able to become proficient in this thankfully but it would be nice if it was a bit easier to create that roadmap to automation. It's also not easy to figure out how to maintain your lists and clean up contacts - moving from non-marketing to marketing contacts etc and figuring out why certain contacts come in as non-marketing when they should be marketing is a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of how best to reach our customers with meaningful messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything in one place. I can build emails, set up forms, run workflows, and see how it’s all performing without needing to jump between tools. It’s easy to use, even for people who aren’t super technical. The contact timeline is especially helpful for seeing how people are interacting across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting feels a bit limited unless you’re on one of the higher-tier plans. It’s also easy to outgrow the starter features if you’re trying to do more complex campaigns. Would be nice if some of the more powerful tools were included earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped us bring structure to our marketing activity and make everything more joined-up. Before, a lot of things were scattered across different tools or done manually. Now, we can create campaigns, track engagement, and automate follow-ups all in one place. It saves time, helps us stay more consistent, and gives better visibility into what’s working.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the newsletter option. it is easy to understand, the templates are good and it helps us a lot with our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things I am still learning and things like marketing contacts were unclear to me. It takes a bit of reading and researching to fully understand what it means. Maybe there are ways to make features more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a good overview of client behaviour. We can finally see who opens and email, clicks on links etc and we are able to send newsletters which we have been putting off for a long time due to lack of time/resources.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface: Clean, intuitive, and ideal for non-technical users like I am.
Really easy-to-build workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and campaign triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm satisfied but some customization options can be sometimes rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, it just makes life easier.
Before, we were juggling a bunch of different tools for emails, social, landing pages.
HubSpot brings everything into one place, so we’re not wasting time jumping between platforms.
And since it’s tied to our CRM, we can actually track what’s working and tweak things fast. It’s helped me run smoother campaigns and get better results.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration bewteen the contacts database & e-mails when conducting e-mail campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the features are unavailable as being a small business does not justify the extra level of investment to access those features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of integrating contacts with e-mail campaigns. The integration saves me heaps of hours work of constantly updating contact lists before linking them to the e-mail campaign

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my email and chat conversations in order, and save me time when searching. The AI call notes are a huge time saver as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it runs slow and lags, but is usually fixed pretty quickly.

An Essential Tool For Every Marketer

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot, especially the Marketing Hub, since 2019 with different clients throughout my career, so I have seen it improve and develop into a reliable tool with a great UX design. One of my favourite features is their Ads feature. As a marketer, my ad campaigns are key to my strategies and to measuring my MROI. I like that you can integrate and get an overview of all your ad performance and spending across different channels, and then map it out with your ad sequences. My HubSpot Marketing Hub is my "North Star." It is part of my daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is that it’s very easy to contact your account manager before signing up, but customer support after that is quite challenging. Communication with support becomes infrequent, and if you have questions about a specific tool, it can be tedious to get assistance. The HubSpot Academy is helpful, but it isn’t tailored for individual issues. As a result, I often relied on Reddit to resolve some integration problems. But if you have a technical person in your team, then this will not be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is flexible and designed to assist both startups and enterprises. There is a package for everyone. Personally, for my company, it provides a clearer understanding of our data, and now HubSpot is our "true north," meaning all data within it is the most updated and accurate. It also enhances our understanding of Marketing ROI (MROI).

What do you like best about the product?
The clear focus on what a marketing organization needs for automation and the continued stream of enahncements in line with most modern marketing tactics.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the core it is a bit stubborn about the main entities and lifecycle stages. It is sometimes hard to work with marketing and non-marketing contacts, especially when you are handling large companies, where some sites are already working with your product, while others are still prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our marketing automation challenges and provides insight in performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and deliver marketing activity. There are a lot of features and integrations that make your wider marketing activity more effective.

Reporting is difficult, we're not able to easily pull reports and have to use a lot of work arounds.
