Inbound & Outbound Marketing Made Easy and Quick
What do you like best about the product?
Inbound and Outbound Marketing made easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, to be completely honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails to existing Customers and building Inbound Marketing workflows for Prospects easily and quickly.
Feature-Rich with Some Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because of its lots of features like inbox integration and email campaigns. The inbox integration is very nice and easy to use as there's no need to switch to another tab or website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that free emails have been reduced to 1000 per month, and it feels like it should be increased. Also, the email review process needs improvement because sometimes legitimate emails are marked as spam. The initial setup felt quite complicated but not hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing. It solves email sending with easy-to-use inbox integration, eliminating the need to switch tabs or websites.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it brings SEO, content, email, landing pages, and reporting together in one system. In my work, I need to manage blog strategy, on-page SEO, lead-focused landing pages, CTA performance, and campaign reporting side by side, and HubSpot makes that much easier to do in one place. It also helps me tie keyword targeting and content optimization directly to conversion data, so I can see not only what ranks, but what actually drives leads and real business results.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some of its SEO features feel more supportive than truly advanced, especially compared with specialized SEO tools. When I need detailed technical analysis, deeper keyword research, or more flexible reporting, I still have to rely on external platforms. It’s strong at connecting content, campaigns, and lead tracking in one place, but the pricing can start to feel high as my needs grow. Also, certain customization options and deeper workflows can take time to set up properly, which adds a bit of friction during implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve a major gap I often see in marketing work: teams can generate traffic, publish content, and run campaigns, yet still struggle to connect all that activity to real leads and conversions. For me, it brings SEO, content, landing pages, CTAs, email, and reporting into one place, which makes it easier to manage the full journey with more clarity. The biggest benefit is spending less time pulling data from different tools and more time focusing on what actually drives leads, moves pipeline forward, and supports business results.
Easy to do everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to do everything from social media to advertisements all in the same space and it connects easily to all of our external platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see is a way to make a content calendar that works collaboratively with the team.

It is helping us track and work all in one space even though we use external platforms.
Intuitive Interface, Robust Automation, Needs Speed Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because it provides a centralized location to keep track of all customer interactions. I find the interface to be a feature I like most. I also appreciate their powerful automation tools, which streamline marketing tasks for me.

It can be slow to process segments and filters.

One of the Best All-in-One Marketing Tools for Campaigns, Ads, and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It is hands down one of the best marketing tools available. It is best suited for businesses that can handle the monthly fee, but the tools are outstanding. The amount you get with the platform is outstanding including a new AEO tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It's an outstanding marketing tool. You can easily create campaigns, emails, workflows, run your ads, post to social and report on metrics all in one place!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a ton of different problems. The biggest one is that it allows marketing teams to work in one place without having to toggle between various platforms. It also has outstanding support available. One of the only Saas companies I'm aware of that has an option to call them.
Powerful for Email Marketing, But Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It can be a powerful tool for marketing tactics email campaigns etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complicated with a steep learning curve. We had to hire a consultant outside of the included onboarding consultant we paid for with hubspot. The guy we hired said “yes almost always needed to hire consultants above what they provide to get up and running.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does help with email marketing and leads. But again just feel it makes things far more complicated than necessary.
HubSpot Automation Made Easy - Powerful, (Relatively) Affordable, and All-in-One
What do you like best about the product?
One word - automation. OK a few more words - the ease of utilisation, the relative low cost for so much usability. Then there's the fact that if you have Hubspot you don't need anything else. You can track and see in real time what is and isn't working, you can schedule - oh and did I mention automation!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot full stop - however, I am always anxious that I am not getting the most out of it because of my own time ad understanding limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility in terms of what's working, what's good and what's not.

HubSpot is great because it keeps everything—sales, marketing, and contacts—in one place, instead of having to juggle a bunch of different tools. It’s also really easy to use, and the free version is solid, so you can get started without spending any money.

Can be complicated dpedning on how much tools you are using but lots of support
