Fool-proof and powerful marketing automation system

What do you like best about the product?
It's dead-easy to use and allow demand gen folks to self-serve and fulfill and operations needs with ease. Integration with Salesforce and other tools in your tech stack are solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike except the countless hoops to jump through to ensure your lists are valid to be used for marketing purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub helps build emails, sequences and workflows needed to run effective demand gen motions.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of the information and data we need in one spot. Tons of features and we use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not in love with the updated UX, it does not feel as clean as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the HubSpot Marketing Hub for a few things. The most valuable one is the form builder and it is really vital to our team as it runs through our website and the data feeds directly into hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is the brain of most our marketing processes — ideal for SaaS marketing teams and agencies. Excellent for digital marketing. Customer service is generally excellent. Implementation is pretty easy, assuming you already know how you want your marketing flows to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business with a telemarketing team, I wish that there were more ways of incorporating 1-to-1 calling into marketing campaigns. I also wish there was a bit more flexibility around web analytics and how they feed into the rest of the funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Marketing Hub, we'd be using at least 5 different tools to accomplish what it does. For being an all-in-one solution, you sacrifice very little compared to using several specialized tools.

What do you like best about the product?
As a healthcare company with three specialized products — Spandan Pro, Spandan Neo, and Spandan Legacy — we rely heavily on precision, compliance, and real-time communication. HubSpot’s Professional plan has become the nerve center of our operations. It’s not just a CRM; it’s the bridge connecting our sales team, digital marketing, and customer journeys.

We built structured pipelines for our website and business verticals, covering every deal stage: Sales Done, RTO, Cancelled, Return, Refund — and HubSpot lets us track and optimize each with clarity. Our dashboard reports have become a vital decision-making asset, thanks to its robust analytics and visualizations.

We’ve integrated META Ads, Google Ads, and are running lead-nurture workflows via email. Posting across social media from a unified command center has saved hours while elevating our brand presence. The automation tools and segmentation capabilities helped us engage the right audience with the right message — at scale.

In our view, this is the best CRM experience available, especially for companies managing multiple product lines and complex sales flows. HubSpot fuels not just transactions, but transformation.

We’re excited to keep innovating with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is any dislike feature in our HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To track every deal stage and manage different pipelines, we also need to maintain all our reports in HubSpot. This will help us streamline our process from contact creation to deal closure, and even through post-sales demonstrations. HubSpot will provide us with an end-to-end solution and is the backbone of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes your daily tasks easier, and is a good central hub to look at everything you have going on at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features aren't necessarily that easy to understand and sometimes it can look a bit busy.

The Marketing Hub eases the difficulty in keeping on top of and understanding the impact of marketing efforts, which means we can more accurately and quickly get to the bottom of how our marketing is performing

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Marketing hub is that there is nothing to setup, we can create high quality and customizable emails within few clicks. Its is very easy to setup up email sequences and workflows to nurture the leads & integrates pretty well with gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting seems limited sometimes as we can not go much granular sometimes and for small teams the pricing is bit on the steeper side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can manage all our marketing aspect in one place. Earlier, we were using different tools for emails, contacts, tracking & CRM. Now everything is connected and everything is visible. Journey analytics make it easier to track what's working or avenues to improve the performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its user interface and seamless integration across CRM, email, and automation tools. It makes campaign management incredibly efficient and user friendly with other application sitting on top of it.

Some features and when you click on option, it ain't working good sometimes and it don't always load fast

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about hubspot marketing hub is the imporing of contact and creating sequence for marketing automation.

Marketing automation has number of steps in the sequence and you can add multiple step, add reminder as well to do the follow up task.
What do you dislike about the product?
least helful feature is the chatflow which is in the left side corner under services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the content which could create in the hubspot is rich and user friendly, you could easily create and manage the material created inside the hubspot
