What do you like best about the product?
The information was extremely helpful in knowing about AI can enhance steps and remove various manual processes.

Nothing as of yet. The conference is still early.

Hotspot, marketing reports and dashboards are extremely helpful to provide the monthly KPI's that are required for our board meeting

I would like to see stronger integrations with salesforce at the account level

We are able to more closely track, customer journeys and understand how their interactions on the website can turn into conversion

What do you like best about the product?
The SMS feature. It allows us to reach large quantities of people faster while monitoring their user journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Co-pilot with the social media platform hasn’t learned our voice and always includes a question at the end that doesn’t really match our brand voice.

User friendly. Very easy to pick up. Smooth transitioning from the previous system

I have been using HubSpot for more than 4 years and it has undoubtedly become an indispensable tool for the marketing and sales team. It not only helps us to be more organized but also to personalize, nurture, and continue innovating within the marketing strategy.

I like everything, I haven't found anything that isn't useful to me.

I wish dashboards were a little more customizable. But with the announcements today, this may be changing.

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how seamlessly it centralizes email, social, ads, and automation into one platform, making it easy to run campaigns without juggling multiple tools. It also gives powerful analytics and reporting that help tie marketing activity directly to revenue, so you can clearly see what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that the reporting dashboards, while helpful, can be somewhat rigid—customization options are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of scattered marketing tools by bringing email, social, ads, and automation into one connected platform, which saves time and ensures campaigns run more smoothly. It also solves the challenge of proving ROI by tying marketing efforts directly to contacts, deals, and revenue, helping me make better, data-driven decisions.
Automation of marketing workflows
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and quick to create efficient flows that generate qualified leads. No great technical skills are required to set up and operate the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Multi-company implementations, there is not always the openness to share marketing contacts between areas. And the billing of the service can become complicated.
