What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use & professional services support
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features or functions you'd think would be included & already in the platform aren't but they're very open to feedback.

The automation. It takes the endless busywork off my plate and actually makes campaigns feel connected. Emails, forms, CRM, reporting all flow together. No more duct tape systems pretending to be a strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features you actually want are always sitting in the next tier up, and the pricing creeps quick. Reporting is good but capped

solving the chaos problem. Before it was scattered tools, messy spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups that slipped through the cracks. Now everything lives in one place.

The ability to keep everything organized in the same platform. Additionally the email building interface and continuous addition of new features.

The inability to segment lists by business unit.

HubSpot Marketing Hub makes managing campaigns so much easier. The all-in-one tools for email, automation, and analytics save time and give clear insights. A bit of setup at first, but totally worth it.

Some learning curve to it! But after some time it gets easier!

Automation makes streamlining our processes so much easier and smooth!

HubSpot Marketing Hub is an excellent all-in-one platform that makes marketing simpler and more effective. From email automation and lead scoring to landing pages and social media, everything connects seamlessly with the CRM. The reporting is clear and insightful, making it easy to measure success and optimize campaigns. User-friendly yet powerful, it’s a must-have tool for any team looking to drive growth and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been its integration with Cvent. Marketing events don’t always sync properly, which makes it difficult to track event engagement on the contact timeline. This also limits how we can use event data in lead scoring and reporting, since the functionality around marketing events feels underdeveloped compared to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot’s AI features are making a real difference in productivity and results. Tools like AI-powered content creation and subject line suggestions save time while boosting engagement. Predictive lead scoring and automated insights also help focus efforts on the right prospects, making campaigns smarter and more effective. Overall, AI is helping streamline workflows and elevate marketing performance.

A central location for all of your marketing needs from top of funnel to bottom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I think that it’s a great marketing solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the campaign tracking and easy attribution dashboards within the campaigns. I also like how easy it is to tie assets to campaigns and quickly create tracking links.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form builder can be confusing if you’re not used to it and hard for others o. The team to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily track progress of our campaigns and how we are influencing our target accounts.
When I onboarded with my company, I pitched that we switch to HubSpot from SFMC – and we did.

Everything you need in once place and it's all very intuitive.

Haven't encountered any dislikes in my many years of using the hub.
