The UI can change a bit to frequently. I've had to hunt for menu options that have moved.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to automate so many of the processes that we would otherwise have to do manually. The easy of interface and integration with the hub makes everyone's job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on the platform. Hubspot is great and is improving but wish sometimes they would improve faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate a lot of systems that would otherwise need a person to do. It makes things way more efficient to great workflows to do everything.

It’s has all of our emails & social in one place and it makes it easier for the team to have full visibility into everything.

The ease of use and support teams are just 2 of the greatest benefits of HubSpot. Drag and drop editor for email is super easy to use and fast track all email builds. Contact views to see all activities of the user In 1 spot make easy for lifecycle to create all journeys. always rolling out no features and enhancements to stay ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Brands are good for domain separations. However from a content and separating brand teams it lacks that capability. Brands have access to all other brands content, website and emails.

Marketing hub is solving our customer journey being siloed. In contact view and reports we can see all marketing activities and events. Which allows for us to create an optimized journey.
