Easy and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to create new email templates and reuse old ones. The approval feature makes it easy to get a second set of eyes on these and avoid typos or issues before send. It’s super easy add these to workflows. Set it & forget it so I can easily move on to the next task. The performance summary is super helpful and easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to figure out if an email template was created as a regular or automated email when looking at the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating nurture campaigns. It saves me time and allows me to focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot's marketing hub, as a global product brand, is that we can easily scale our efforts across our regions and countries. With clone and Al translations features, serving up content to our customers all over the world is easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use some additional organizational features... being multi-regional, it can get hectic with everyone's assets all over.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a low barrier for entry due to its well designed UI that makes a lot of marketing actions WYSIWYG. Campaign tracking makes understanding performance of each asset easier. Highly integratable. It's my fave.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the data delivered on an overall campaign dashboard can be disparate. Dashboards and reports could have better visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is truly a one-stop-shop for go to market of any campaign. The level of segmentation that's achievable helps us deliver high impact content to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager, it makes all of our efforts streamlined. It’s so helpful to see all of our data and insights in one place to be able to make more informative decisions with our content and campaigns in order to evolve in real-time.

Sometimes it cannot be as intuitive as I’d like it to be.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can integrate different platforms quickly and easily. By having this in one place, you can operate faster, iterate, and generate online reports in a single tool.

That it has not yet developed tools for video generation

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to create complex workflows that can target different segments in our database to deliver a more custom experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit complex and sometimes difficult to get everyone on my team to buy-in to using HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main communication centre for our business. Without it we wouldn't be able to provide a world-class experience for your clients.
