What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub allows my team to operate like teams twice our size. Everything from email nurture, A/B testing, and content generation. It truly helps us meet the customer where they are at in their buying journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to get to the specific reporting we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to communicate at scale with our audience and also better understand how they are engaging with our content.

The options on drag and drop email editor are limited

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub makes it easy to stay connected and engaged with our customers. From customized newsletters to optimized onboarding comms and lead generating landing pages, Hubspot keeps our funnels full and our existing customers informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync issues with Salesforce. Managing duplicate contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub allows us to react quickly when we critical information needs to be delivered. It also provides our resellers easy access to landing pages so they can drive new business.

Object association and unique identification fields are less customizable than in Salesforce

It's easy to use, they care about their UX.

It's expensive if you aren't going to use all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidating analytics has been great so we get a complete view of marketing and sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot do carousels with LinkedIn social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of centralized location for marketing assets and performance. It has already provided a clearer view of what we are doing and given us actionable insights.

Being able to have all my publishing tools in one place and easy to embed on website!

Inability to link campaigns with deals unless you are enterprise

Scheduling tools and automation. It puts all my schedules in one place so I can make sure everything is aligned

It’s very adaptable and works well for our business. Everyone in our team is in one system.

It can get pricey. We’ve debated from time to time if cheaper options

HubSpot helps with overall marketing automation, especially with email and social.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub offers you a light crm to build you campaigns on top of. The email and landing page builders are easy to use. And the segmentation capabilities are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are trying to do everything, which I see as a loss of focus. They do a bit of everything but some of their offerings are lacking. Overall it has been great but it’s starting to feel a bit overwhelming.

We use it to communicate with our customers. Generate, score, route and nurture leads.
