Our marketing team has finally found happiness since using this hub and switching from our previous platform! The ease of use for them to self support has helped tremendously for our support team to focus on larger scale projects.

Interface and lack of sandbox environment.

Nothing. The tool is amazing. Pricing can vary depending on contact list size but highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
My company utilizes the email marketing feature the most. It super straightforward and easy to use. Even the HTML editor is easy to navigate. I can easily create one off emails to leads, automate a journey, or create a nurturing campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more capabilities from the front end. It can be difficult to customize the look without coding in the backend.

Communication and personalization. we can reach a large audience and see where they’re at in their journey to know exactly what we need to communicate.
