The power. HubSpot Marketing Hub really puts the power in your hands to optimize and approach marketing in a very strategic way

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Well the new pricing structure isn’t great but I can work with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is solving the problem of automation and analytics in one place . Allowing you to accomplish any marketing goal you may have, in a central place.
HubSpot is by far the best marketing automation system I have used. Innovative and easy to use.

Workflows and the native integrations with many other marketing technology systems

Need more help with outlook rendering issues in email builder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a data gap with our events with no real insights into how our events have impacted opportunities and business wins. We have fully integrated our event registration system with marketing hub to automate reporting and assist sales with lead generation

Easy to start and get up to speed, lots of useful features

some features are expensive compared to alternatives, and reporting/customization can be limited without higher-tier plans

HubSpot helps me keep everything in one place—emails, social posts, and tracking leads—so I’m not jumping between different tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to manage everything in one place—from email campaigns to social media and analytics. The automation tools save time, and the CRM integration makes it simple to align marketing with sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it can get pricey as you scale, especially with advanced features. Some customization options are limited, and setting up complex workflows can feel a bit overwhelming for smaller teams.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of juggling multiple tools by combining email, social, and analytics in one place. This saves time, improves efficiency, and makes it easier to align marketing with sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to post video content from hubspot to various platforms, as well as be able to track video attribution with videos embedded in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I’d love to see out of hubspot is better attribution for video content. Right now I’m only able to track it with videos in emails, but I’d love to see it with video content on other platforms.

HubSpot, marketing hub pulls all three of my brands into one place for me to be able to run all of my campaigns through.

I wish I could separate my brands without having to pay an extra thousand dollars a month

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how seamlessly it brings together automation, analytics, and CRM integration into one centralized platform. The ability to create targeted email campaigns, automated workflows, and personalized customer journeys—without needing advanced coding knowledge—makes it incredibly efficient for both small and large marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges is that some of the more advanced features—like custom reporting, A/B testing for automated emails, or advanced workflow logic—are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be a barrier for smaller teams or growing businesses.
Also, as your contact database grows, managing segmentation and workflows can become a bit overwhelming without strict organization and regular database hygiene. It’s easy for things like lists, workflows, and forms to pile up and become cluttered if not managed carefully.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing repetitive marketing tasks by enabling powerful automation. It allows me to build workflows that trigger based on user behavior or lifecycle stage, which saves time and ensures leads are consistently nurtured. This has improved both efficiency and lead engagement, allowing us to scale campaigns without increasing manual effort.
