Part of my Everyday workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need to do my job is in one spot. Upside is that I can find everything really easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
CTAs are pretty cumbersome to create. I don’t feel like experience lines up with the web page or email builder

It helps me reach segments of our customers and prospects and target them with specific messaging.

I like how flexible it is -- you can customize the dashboard and tools to address whatever areas of focus are relevant to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for new users the sheer volume of screens and options (which can be helpful for experienced people) might be overwhelming for new users. I would love to see a 'simple' or 'intro' version of the interface for those just getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us better tools for analyzing and coordinating our marketing efforts. It makes it easier to advocate for certain plans and collaborate on them.
HubSpot has helped us know the performance of our campaigns, investments, and how to improve them.

The integration of WhatsApp for sales is not yet optimal

Not making bad investments in marketing campaigns has helped us keep all the data organized.
Game changer for us. Able to integrate our mqls with google data

Definitely the scheduled refresh of first party data into google ads through lists. Also remarking list for google ads

Nothing, I love it. I’m very satisfied with this product.

It’s allowing me to understand the quality of all my leads has revolutionized the way I use first party data into google google ads
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward it is to do all things and support of marketing. I appreciate the technical capabilities and the capture of data that unlocks really powerful reporting an insights. I’m also extremely pleased with the ease of campaign, set up and execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much negative to say. I suppose that it is frustrating that the best reporting insights are only accessible when you pay for the enterprise tier of marketing hub. But if you can afford it, it is very robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all marketing campaign functions into one centralized platform vastly simplifies marketing operations , keeps us organized, and provides readily accessible line of sight to what is active, and how everything is performing.
Breeze Copilot
What do you like best about the product?
For example Breeze Copilot: it was set up in less than 15 Minutes and now works as our Chatbot on our website. It is fed with alle the information of Hubspot and our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation could be better, but what I heard today seems to help a lot.

All Marketing tools and assets in one solution.

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how intuitive and centralized it is. The platform makes it easy to manage everything from email campaigns to social media scheduling in one place. The automation workflows save a huge amount of time, and the analytics dashboards give clear, actionable insights
