What do you like best about the product?
The marketing email feature of Marketing Hub makes email creation simple and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features you want to use in the Marketing Hub have become paid, and if you want to automate, the costs will increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being able to quickly send marketing emails, we are saving time.
Segmented and custom content journeys are game changing.

I love how much I can customize — from timing to content displayed and beyond.

It’s pretty user friendly — not comments or improvements.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is one of the most comprehensive inbound marketing platforms available, designed to help businesses attract, engage, and nurture customers. It brings together a wide range of tools; email marketing, SEO, content management, social media scheduling, lead tracking, automation workflows, and analytics all into a single interface.
I love it and can’t wait to learn how to use it more!

A more advanced integration with our ERP system.

Constant improvements and user focus. It’s clear you’re trying to bring the best strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t prefer the layout of contact information. Honestly, I haven’t used it a lot, but it has looked too spread out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM connections and data unification. We use multiple CRMS and are trying to have the “one truth” in Hubspot.
Very thorough and easy to use.

Email creation and content housing. Very easy to disseminate our news to our membership.

Not sure I’ve found anything that I can’t overcome or work to better.

Until a few months ago everything was great, however now that the licensing has changed and they consider seats, it has limited the use of new users in our company.

We use other CMS per out corporate policy but I prefer Hubspot. It’s self explanatory and easy to use.

Price model. I don’t like how we have to pay by number if contacts
